I have recorded calls and my ring to show a guy using profanity and refusing to leave my house when my roommates asked him to leave. I then call to make a complaint after he tells my roommates to call the police if they want him to leave. Today I call to file a complaint and the owner comes on the line and I have the entire conversation recorded and she's laughing at me. She said the guy who came to my house said I discharged a firearm in my backyard. It's insane. I never owned a weapon and no firearms are in my house or shot. If that was the case then why would' he not called the police. They do hire people who are unbelievably disgusting and dangerous. Completely dishonest. I hope she goes out of business and gets caught. I won't be the one who is quiet. I'm filing a lawsuit

I had my motorcycle towed by Tracker Auto Recovery following a single vehicle accident involving a deer. Following my discharge from the hospital I reached out to John, Mindy, and Tabitha with Tracker Auto Recovery. They were very friendly, understanding, and compassionate during the whole process which made a difficult situation easier to go through. I was able to pay out the tow and storage fees (which were more than reasonable) and close out the transaction easily.

Mindy Dickinson and company are completely incompetent. They showed up at the wrong address, where incredibly rude, yelled at me on the phone and proceeded to hang up. The experience was so bad I had to have them trespassed from the property.

I put myself in a crappy situation and luckily these guys were super easy to work with through the whole process! Tabitha and Ashley were who I spoke to and worked and they were super friendly and helpful. I definitely learned my lesson and won't let this happen again. :)

Normally you would never expect a towing company to have so much integrity and professionalism but Tracker Auto does an outstanding job with treating customers like family. My poor mom during this awful covid time had her car repossessed. I get these people's jobs are awful. Like bottom of the barrel awful and I feel completely bad for them. Whoever answers this number listed is also a piece of work. If I could give them zero stars I would. Anyways the gentleman who came out here knocked on our door which never happens . He demanded the keys from my mom knowing he could get one over on her. He said I will let you get your stuff only if I get the keys. Basically bribing her. She being 70 plus years old was ok with it. When I said do not give him the keys he slammed the trunk. I went to grab the handle of trunk and he grabbed my arm and said I am doing you a favor, now you are going to do me one and give me the keys. Some of his comments to my mother were "at least I pay my bills" and "sorry my financial situation is not as bad as yours"...lovely people at this establishment. He also nearly ran my wife over when speeding away with the truck and car. These people need their company to go out of business, but the covid world is sadly keeping them in business. Scum from the gal who answered the phone to the person picking the car up!
