My car battery was so heavily corroded that the positive terminal had to be replaced. The people at Sierra Auto Care were so helpful and caring! I was exhausted after getting off work at 4:30 AM and from waiting for a tow company to come (I didn't arrive at the auto shop until 10 AM or so) and they really took care of me and even allowed me to nap in the reception area while my car was getting fixed. I am so grateful for all their help and their ability to fix my car at such a last minute notice! Thank you!!!

Super friendly and helpful. Jimmy took a look at my Maserati and fixed a loose panel after bolts fell out on a drive down from Tahoe. He made time for me as a walk in and could not have been more awesome! Highly recommend.

Showed up slightly early for my appointment. Lady was irritated I was there. Speaking with her on the phone I should have known to take my business elsewhere. Lack of professionalism. Glad there are many other better choices near by.

I was told by the dealer I needed new brakes asap. Sierra showed me I had another 6-9 months on the pads. Also talked me out of a couple other unnecessary services highly recommended by dealer. I appreciate the honesty. Will be back for brakes in 6-9 months. Thank you.

Wonderful people here. Shannon is a gem! Great pricing, they know their cars. Got an oil change and air filter change. Instead of just changing the air filter without saying anything and upping the cost (like a certain dealership) Shannon called and asked if I wanted to change the air filter and then gave me total for everything. Love this place, will definitely use them again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Sierra Auto Care was recommended to me by a friend due to their positive experience, so I figured I'd give it a go. After getting ripped off for a $200 diagnostic at John L. I decided to pass on allowing them to dig further into my pockets for the actual repair and choose to go with what my friend had recommended. SO glad I chose this place. I called at 8:01am on a Monday, and without missing a beat, I was greeted with a helpful employee. My truck was taken in that morning, and the repair was estimated to take 3hrs. Job done on time, done right and I had my truck back that afternoon without my pockets feeling ransacked. Thanks again and I will return here if I have any other auto repair needs. I highly recommend this place.

I went there the first time last week with my car making an horrific noise. They fixed the noise in my engine at a very reasonable price. I know nothing about cars and actually thought it could be the transmission. Another auto care could have taken advantage of me. The last place I went to they told me I needed new brakes. Sierra Auto Care let me my know my breaks are just fine. Jimmy the mechanic showed me under the hood why I had the noise and how he fixed it.I am so happy I found a honest place to take my car and I will never go anywhere else.
