“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

I notice I have visited may ups stores and they have always have charged me for piece of tape and this owner did not charge for the tape . It is so nice to see people like them who has world class customer service I will be back to this store again”

They built a crate and shipped a very expensive chandelier for us. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived safely. I was impressed with their services and follow up to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. PakMail is a professional and personable company! I would use them again and again!”
“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”

“If you need to ship something internationally, this is your place. They have different shipping dates, prices, and courier services from which you can select. Excellent customer service, too! She was very friendly and professional. She was also very good at submitting all information correctly and quickly and was clear about all the shipping steps. It took significantly less time to complete all the information compared to any courier service I have used for international shipping. I will definitely be coming back!”

“This mature African- American employee who helped me was very nice, helpful and friendly. She took care of my shipment needs so well. She helped me to choose the right envelop and gave plenty time to cross-check and make sure all info are correct for the sender's and receiver's on my shipment label. Helped me identify and choose the correct address for the receiver. Very friendly, kind and was easy to communicate with her. I forgot to ask your name, but I want to really appreciate your customer service during my visit of your store on April 9th around 7:30PM.”
