recently had an issue with a landing gear leg & Mr. Williams took care of me like i was family. He came outside, shook my hand, and looked me in the eye. He went over every detail of my repair in great detail and made me feel like a respected customer AND FRIEND!!!!! RVMax has my business for life!!! Special thanks to Jenna and her dad Michael!!

My husband and I went there and looked at a unit. The price online fit our budget. We were pre-approved prior to going to the lot. I texted Steve and he texted me back that the price was good. My husband and I purchased a 5th wheel hitch and we were all set, however now that we are filling out purchase paperwork, RV max will not honor the online price and the asking price went up 8000 dollars. Buyer beware!

Very disappointing experience. We took our fifth wheel in to sell. At first, we were very happy because they promised they were not like any other RV dealers in that we agree upon a price, and RV Max will do any repairs not costing us any money, and give us our price. Well, turns out, the trailer was sold four weeks earlier without a word to us. Outside of no communication of when we should bring the pink slip in, now RV Max tells us all the items they had to fix on our trailer to sell it, (the contract clearly said we would not be charged for any needed repairs), they say they want $800 for new tires. We felt bad that they supposedly had a lot of repairs and so we agreed to "help them out" and pay for the tires, even though our contract clearly said there would be no extra charges. We trusted them when they said they would not get any more money than $4,000 over what they were going to give us. What a shock to see they listed the trailer on their website for over $9,000! It's so disappointing to think a business is reputable and something like this happens. So d*** on our part to agree to help him out and pay for the tires. I hope this review will save someone some money.

This is our first rv. My family and I went rv hunting for a day and a half, starting in Sacramento, and working our way back home. We saw Rv Max and decided to stop in. This was Saturday afternoon at 4:58 pm. 2 minutes before closing. Michelle happily took us into the lot to check out several units. And there she was!!! A beautiful 2019 Primetime Avenger that had just the floor plan we were searching for. The following morning we began the loan paperwork. That Monday the loan was approved, and walk through scheduled. When we arrive the day of our walk through, we were greeted by the owner Mike. Very nice and knowledgeable man. He took us to our trailer which they cleaned and prepped nicely. Gary gave us our walk through (2 hrs). He also installed a weight distribution hitch for us. Felt very confident when we left. This place is awesome!

We bought a trailer from them in July. Our kids were horsing around and broke a cabinet door really badly. I thought we would just have to buy a whole new door but when I brought it in to ask about where and how to get a new one they fixed it better than I could have imagined and were extremely quick about it (I had said kids with me a they only got a little antsy waiting for it to be fixed). They were extremely kind and gracious about it. This is our first trailer, and I was nervous about being an owner. But so far the folks here have had excellent customer service and willingness to help above and beyond with the problems we've run into. I posted a photo of the repaired cabinet but yelp won't load the before photos.

We recently bought an RV here after looking everywhere and it has been one of our best buying experiences.After dealing with Walt and his experience, knowledge and friendliness, we purchased an used RV as is. The owner and his daughter were very accommodating with our needed timeline and payment. When we went for the walk through we found that they had replaced the tires, awning, power converter and gave us the hitch to complete the set up... FOR FREE!! After we had already paid cash.... WHO does this? Their Service Was Beyond Belief!!

We had been looking for an RV for some time, and the big name dealers in the area, although they have lots of flash and whatnot, lacked big time in the customer service area. We visited RVMax and instantly were treated with respect and care. They took plenty of time to show us around, and then the time came for us to purchase, that is exactly where we went. During the finance process, which took a week from my lender, they were super patient, stayed in regular communication with us, and were extremely helpful to help us close the loan. Delivery of the RV was exceptional, as they took plenty of time to go through the walkthrough and show us everything that needed to be known about the coach. Absolutely extraordinary customer service, super friendly, not sales pushers. Thank you so much RVMax!!!!

My wife and I had been searching for the right travel trailer for almost two months; looking at new and used at multiple dealerships. Finally, we got to RVMax and found several that might fit our needs. We returned several times over the course of a week trying to make our decision and each time, the sales people were amazing--knowledgeable, professional and never pushy. We eventually picked a 2021 Jayco Jayflight. The entire experience has been good. Any time I have a question or issue, the owners are responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. RV Max is the only place I'll be buying an RV.

Woooow!!! Quality staff, knowledge and selection. We purchased from them. Their selection of RVs are very clean. We had visited many lots, and saw some pretty gross rvs. I can't speak highly enough about the people who run this operation and smoothly. From first greeting to feeling assured walking out the door that if you need anything they are there for you after the fact. Also, they have inventory constantly coming in. Just love this place!!

My husband and I came in 3 days after we got evacuated for the Caldor fire. Let me say, AMAZING people! The whole staff are just super people. Understood my stress, So friendly, didn't feel the used car salesman at all. Ray Harris was great showing the rv's, Jenna in financing was super sweet, Justin did a great walk through so we knew what we were doing and Mike was Just a wonderful man. We picked up a 2014 Eclipse Evolution and love it. They even had it ready a day before we though we could get it. The condition of this RV is stellar! The price was super fair! If our house does burn, thanks to RV Max we still have a home. Anyone and everyone should make this the first and last stop! Thank you for everything!
