Very nice grocery store in Loomis. Large sections of vegetables, fruits, seafood, meats, and baked goods. Also has a pharmacy, coffee shop, and a clean bathroom. Good place to stop on the way to Tahoe, and there’s also a Tesla Supercharger station in the large free parking lot.

Pete’s Coffee in Raley’s is my new go-to spot, all thanks to Clara! The coffee is always brewed to perfection, but what really sets this location apart is Clara’s exceptional service. She brings a warm, friendly energy to every interaction and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or a moment to savor a delicious cup, Clara ensures you leave with a smile. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

We were on our way home from Tahoe and stopped at the Super Charger in the Raley's (Loomis) parking lot. We figured we’d get a sandwich, at the Raley’s deli counter, while we were waiting for the car to charge. As soon as we walked in, there were clearly marked public bathrooms. Nice! Sometimes using a grocery store bathroom feels like, you’re somewhere you’re not supposed to be. The bathrooms were clean & well lit. The soap and towels were loaded and functioning.
Next stop, deli counter. I think my wife ordered the Santa Cruz, I got the Dagwood. Eddie was at the counter, but in the middle of something, when we walked-up. He acknowledged us and said, he’d be right with us, which he was. He only asked smart questions like, “What kind of mustard do you want? " and “Do you want your bacon heated-up?” He blotted excess oil off the bacon he heated (nice touch). He was friendly, while still on-task. The store was immaculate, the sandwiches delicious. The sandwiches were also not an arm and a leg, as they are in many freestanding sandwich shops/delis, in California, these days. You can bet we’ll be stopping there, next time we’re headed to the Sierras.

I sometimes stop at this Raley's on my way to work. This is NOT the first time this has happened but it is the first time its been very blatant! I went thru the self check out and "Larry" was at his post. Not once did "Larry" look up or acknowledge me. I walked past him to leave and stopped right at him, looked straight in his face to say thank you or good morning because I'm a pleasant person, and he literally put his head down as if he didn't see me. So I asked him what was his managers name. He told me and asked me why. When I said to him I was going to let the manager know that he never acknowledged me, he gave me a big huff like he was very annoyed. Just rude for no reason. I wont be returning to that store. But I could tell, that's exactly what "Larry" wants.....Calling Corporate now. Have a great day Larry!
