“So my fiancé and I stopped off in the shopping center for lunch. We saw Ben’s last time and decided to stop in after we ate . BOY. We’re we impressed . By far the nicest and most Knowledgeable staff I have encountered . We were so impressed we brought our boy Preacher back to meet the staff the same day, and to use their state of the art self washing station that has a sanitary clean cycle after each use .Largest selection of raw diet food I have ever seen at a brick and mortar store . After we finish our boys kibble we will be switching him over to raw!P.S. if you are within 5 be miles , they will deliver your online orders to you !”
“Its a great place to get bird food and items related to many sorts of type of exotic birds. Can get food per lbs if not want to buy much. Not sure what type to get? Ask any associate who can help. Plus you can check out all types cages an misc. At times these birds come out an cam be petted. Great place too for cutting wings/nail at a great price. Shop has all sorts type of beautiful birds alot vomr5to the shop as babies. Hand held ones an non held birds. Its where I bought my lil birdie. ? So need a certain type of birds these is the place, don't see the ones your looking for? A friendly staff member ready to help out or answer any question or concern too.”

“I've been trying to find a good cat groomer in the area, and this place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and did a great job with my cat. The price is also one of the more affordable I've been able to find. They got me in one day after I called for an appointment. Long hair cat bath, de-shed, and brush was only $108! No complaints here. I can tell the staff care about the animals they work on. My cat came back so fresh and so clean!!”

“Came here to get a bag of hay to winterize the fetal cathouses my husband and I have in our backyard for the cats we care for. A small, beautifully appointed feed store that had a great selection of premium pet food and supplements, and some pretty awesome looking chicken coops if you are lucky enough to have a yard big enough for chickens! The store is super clean and the young woman who packaged up my small bag of straw was super sweet! I've been driving by this store for many decades and it's super convenient, since it's not that easy to find a true feed store in the area.”

“I dropped in by the Wild Bird Station in Auburn,CA. Even though the address is on Grass Valley Highway, the shop is tucked back in the shopping plaza. It's easy peasy to find and there is lots of parking spots. Great local owned small business selling bird feed, feeders, bird houses, bird nature guides and books, garden art, and decorative kitchen ware and gifts and then some. It was my first time here. I was lucky enough to meet the owner. He has been in business for 29 years. Besides being super knowledgeable about birds and the local areas, he was just a super cool person to talk to. They sell birdseed by the pound. They have about 12 varieties of seed priced from $1.50-$2.59. The inventory is current and the shop is clean and decorated in a fun, fresh way. The item that caught my eye was the $9.95 laminated compact foldable field guide of art illustrated birds with descriptions. Well one of the many items that caught my eye. Drop on by, you may find something that catches your fancy.”
“I had the best experience with these kind people plus my Buddy really liked them. I am in my late 80s and had to go pick up Buddy in the dark. There shop is off the highway and hard to find at night. They said they called me right away because it was dark they would bring Buddy to my home but I didn't hear the phone ring, so I didn't pick up . They ended up taking me home in my car with husband driving me and his wife followed us to bring him home. I was amazed at the kindness they showed to me and they will be Buddy's groomers as long as I'm able to get him there. Plus they do a good job grooming my shi-tsu pup,”

“There is no way to express my gratitude to Fieldhaven. They have helped us get two of our kitties spayed one of whom we saved and the other adopted who was in need of a home. If you are unable to afford the huge expense of spaying or neutering at the typical cost, they offer low cost. It's not just a slogan where you find out it's really expensive. They care deeply.During the Maui fires, they had a team on the ground. Here in California they save as many in desperation as possible. As stated above, they also serve cats who have families in need of low cost spay/ neuter and also I believe the most needed vaccines. However, due to extreme need, there is often a waiting list. Therefore, look as soon as possible for your appointment by going online.”
“I have to give a shout out and hope the company sees this and recognizes this man, Kevin. He went above and beyond and was so genuine and kind. I'm 9 months pregnant trying to get a new coop for my chickens before baby arrives because the storm wiped out the old one. Anyways, my car battery dies and I can't pull over to the pick up area. Kevin is the employee asked to load the new coop. After waiting for me to arrive at the gate for several minutes he takes the time to find me in the parking lot. He sees my situation, I have already had a guy drive off after asking for his help...so was feeling a little stressed. He kindly asked what I needed, I said a jump, and he kindly reassured me that he would be able to help and that it was okay. He heads off to get the cables and his personal car. He then proceeded to jump my car, without any irritation, I might add, and then kindly helped load my coop and the 2 50 pound bags of food.I was so grateful for Kevin today. I thanked him and offered him some payment for his over the top kindness, and then he tried to return it and just asked for a kind review! Im just blown away by his thoughtfulness and generosity, especially when I was in a pretty vulnerable position, I had 3 other little kids with me too. He was nothing but patient!”
“I brought my dog in to use the self wash station. She had lost the use of her back legs and had also become incontinent and was getting her last bath before we had to put her down. As I walked to the front to pay, I became very emotional. The 2 young ladies working asked if I was okay and I lost my composure. They were so sweet and concerned and offered their assistance and condolences. Thank you for your care during this incredibly difficult time”
“Our beautiful "Pearl" is 2 1/2 years old. She is an amazing dog. She is by far the smartest dog we've had. We have a medical office, and she's been part of the practice since she arrived at 10 weeks old. She's friendly yet aloof (unless she's given snacks!) Our patients adore her and are amazing how chill she is! She's been a wonderful addition to our family and our practice.”
“Bark avenue, what a great place, took almost 6 hours to groom my baby because he has been traumatized by other groomers, Nadia was wonderful, took her time, showed so much care for my baby. I will be a customer for life. Hats off again to Nadia for taking the time to talk to me about solutions and what my baby needs. She did and excellent job, actually cut his nails, where as other groomers just file. And not a lot. He looks great. They are very sensitive to your animals needs.”

And health issues that could be food related. Their supply is huge even though the store is a bit small. Prices are excellent PLUS shopping locally and doing business with a smaller family owned store is rewarding on so many levels. Will never shop anywhere else.”
“Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of their store hours and communication of their hours. I've ordered twice from here and I live about 30 minutes away. I called one morning for the day of my pickup and the voicemail said their new hours for Saturday was 10am. I showed up at 10 am and they were closed, a paper was placed outside their door stating they open at 12:30. I just wish their bakery times were constantly updated week to week because it's never accurate based on their website or if you call to their voicemail. Otherwise their treats are amazing and my dogs love them!”
