“I brought in my 2002 Toyota Tacoma for front new brakes as I was told by another shop that I needed them by a certain time. I also had them check the suspension. They told me that the front brakes are good for another 5K to 10K miles and the suspension looked fine also. I was shocked to receive this news as I was waiting to receive a call telling me that I needed a bunch of work done. Not only was no work needed at this time, they also charged me nothing for the visit. Therefore, I highly recommend them and feel great about using them in the future for all of my Truck's needs.”

To be fair, my son wasn't the best at maintaining this car but with the help of Mike's guidance and the skill of his team, the car was "road ready" in two days with a list of things that need to be done but weren't "critical". “I was looking for a place to get a pre-trip car inspection. I wasn't even sure if there was such a thing but I decided to call Scott's because I've been there before and they can be trusted. I spoke to Chris on the phone and he gave me an idea of what kinds of things they could do, and how long it would take. He was very thorough and very helpful which I appreciated. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning at opening, and they were finished in just a couple hours. I was very happy with not only the service, but the timeliness of the service. They were pretty busy in there yet still managed to get my needs addressed quickly, I highly recommend this shop for any and all repairs. Someone told me about this place, and now I'm telling you guys. Try them for yourselves and become a lifelong customer! Tell your friends! These guys deserve as much business as they can handle.”

I recently had some work done by a different mechanic and the car was having intermittent starting issues. They were able to identify that the starter ground was not placed correctly. They fixed the issue & saved me from having to purchase a brand new starter as it was not needed.They are knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I will be returning to have the exhaust leak that was identified fixed this week by them.”

“So basically I was on my way up going to Chico in my Prius and my tire blows out. All I had was a flat repair kit no spare so I had to limp over to the closest tire shop being tires direct. At first I wasn't sure what to expect since I like going to my same guys every time I need tires. I respectfully asked respectful young man I think his name was Jacob, to give me a patch so I can be on my way I have a tight schedule. Jacob informed me it wouldn't be safe or possible to patch my tire and instead he'd give me a used one. He also pointed out that my 3 other tires were almost bald but had a couple more miles in them. He said best thing would be to replace them all but since I was short on time he'd give me a deal on the used tire. This man was very reasonable and the guys in the shop work quick.”
