They took the time to explain the repairs needed, provided a detailed estimate, and answered all of my questions regarding what the inspection brought up. Their real time monitoring system was great in seeing the work being done and their notes provided reassurance in their work.
The prices were fair, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay as their online system had all labor and parts calculated ahead of time.”
“I love Autovantage! They do excellent work, give excellent customer service, and have very reasonable pricing. My car is vacuumed before I pick it up and I even get a thank-you snack for the ride home. My sunroof was broken and they went above and beyond to keep repair costs down while doing a proper repair. My son’s Element at over 300K miles needed more repairs than the car was worth and Autovantage again went above and beyond to help them in the decision process of whether to repair or sell the car. It’s a family owned business who have built a great team I trust to keep me safe on the road.”
“FW Motorsports is a great place for pretty much anything you need. My son has a 2016 STi and my daughter has a 2019 Impreza and they have been great. Whether it is questions or help with my son's sports car or my daughters sedan they are quick to respond and some of the most honest folks we have ever worked with. We made the switch from the Subaru Dealership and we'll never go back. We would highly recommend them for sure.”

“My husband took our car to Danny's Automotive for a second opinion after we paid for a diagnostic at the Chevy dealership that led to a $4800 repair estimate. Danny's was able to give us options the dealership did not that were far more affordable and also was able to beat the dealership diagnostic price. Though we are deciding to not put more money into our car at this time we will absolutely consider this auto shop for future vehicle maintenance & repairs due to such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you need someone honest for your car in the Orangevale area.”

“It's not very easy to find a car repair place you can trust to be fair and honest. Especially if you are a single woman. I have found that with Scott the 2 times I have taken my vehicle in. The first time he replaced a fuel line and saved me almost $1000. He took the time to explain to me how with the other quote I got, I was being double charged for labor. The second time I had a very simple problem with my brake lights. He had the part and it only took a few minutes to fix so he didn't even charge me! He could've charged me at least the $150 to determine the issue, plus an hour labor charge, and for the part. To me that shows he is honest and not trying to take advantage. He has earned my trust and I'll definitely go back and refer him.”
“Great job from Scotty's. My car was having trouble starting. Went to an auto parts store and tested my battery, they said my alternator was bad. Went to Scotty's who ran a real diagnostic and the alternator was fine, it was the battery! (don't trust the parts store!) Got a new battery and they only charged me for the battery and install. Honesty like this is how you make loyal customers. They have all my business now. SHOP LOCAL!!”

“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”

“I went in today to have my oil changed and filters changed. I was so happy with the service I got. The whole staff was so professional and helpful. I have been there several times before and I will go back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They explained everything to me. I used a coupon from the website as well. I will be going back there when I need my oil changed again.”

“I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. I understand that it doesn't take much effort nor is a costly service, but it's a business and charging me is the bare minimum I'd expect. Thanks, Dave!”

I tried two other shops and I decided to stay with A&B. The individuals are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong with these guys!

They stand behind their work and as a customer you always want to feel comfortable with the mechanics you deal with. I have never felt like they were ever trying to scam me with any repairs that was not needed. I would recommend them for any of your car care needs. “My car battery was so heavily corroded that the positive terminal had to be replaced. The people at Sierra Auto Care were so helpful and caring! I was exhausted after getting off work at 4:30 AM and from waiting for a tow company to come (I didn't arrive at the auto shop until 10 AM or so) and they really took care of me and even allowed me to nap in the reception area while my car was getting fixed. I am so grateful for all their help and their ability to fix my car at such a last minute notice! Thank you!!!”
