I bought a throttle kit from an online retailer and they sold me the wrong product for my bike. I called motion pro and they didn't hesitate to send me exactly what I needed to make it right. They did it for free even though they didn't make the mistake. Next time I'll buy from them directly and there will be a next time for sure.

Had pleasure dealing with custom cables department . These guys are great from the sweet girl that answers the phone to the tech that we chatted over the phone as well , everybody was super nice and made sure that I was very well taken care of . Customer service was second to none and let me tell you I'm extremely hard to please . Even more props to these guys trying their best to help, during these tough times of covid-19 , so we could ride our bikes and at least while doing that to forget the worries of the real world .Highly recommended !!!

This company is large and has lots of moving parts that don't communicate well. I called and explained that I had gotten a wrong part from them and that I felt they were responsible for shipping the incorrect part back since they had looked up and gave the part number for what I needed. 5 months later, no call from a manager as I requested and now because nobody can remember what happened 5 moths ago I am the one stuck footing the bill. It doesn't not matter if you have detailed info of who you talked to and when and they wont pull the recorded call even though they say that they record for quality assurance. Nice

Best honest workers you will ever find. Kind and very considerate. A must do if you own a bike.
