“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

I notice I have visited may ups stores and they have always have charged me for piece of tape and this owner did not charge for the tape . It is so nice to see people like them who has world class customer service I will be back to this store again”

“As a supplier of high end furnishing's, we have used many freighters and packers. As the owner I am difficult to please but Desi was incredible. They built a crate and shipped a very expensive chandelier for us. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived safely. “Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air, a sigh of relief... in this busy world we live in it's nice to know that there's a place where you can pop in, get your packages shipped and go on about the rest of your day.This is such a place.The lady there is sooo nice, she got my package addressed and done in just a couple of minutes. “Our office printer is acting up and although we ordered a new one it is not here yet. We have a trial tomorrow and needed several things printed in color as well as large poster sized boards. I didn't think of them until the last minute (day before) and they were able to assist me - and explain now I needed to make my documents to ensure that they were not pixelated when printed in a large format. Excellent service!”

“Regis has helped me like 3 times in the last month ship a bunch of random stuff. He was super helpful (the whole staff is) and I think they do a great job. Good staff, helpful and friendly, and let's be real, good pricing.
Also not everyone can pull off the round glasses (as a glasses wearer I've tried) but Regis looks like the guy Scotland yard calls when they can't solve a crime.
