The lady was super rude and so disrespectful to 2 year old kid she was literally fighting with my two year old son that why your touching our staff she could ask him nicely that don’t touch it or she could ask me to stop him will never go there again the worst costumer service ever ?? 0 star

A very nice Independent Mail service center. I have used them a few times with good results. The best part is their rates seem to be much better than the national chain mail centers.

Showed up before 5 and the doors were locked they were already closed. There was someone working inside but didn't bother to reopen to help. Poor customer service, will find another place for my packages.

In the past service has been great.. sometimes had to wait for other customers.. no problem. Today there was a lady working there that was extremely rude. Went in sent an email to their email site to print two pages the lady working there said it’ll be 20 minutes or more she was helping the customer in front of us. The customer heard we only had to print two pages and said go ahead and take care of those folks first I still have to fill out my forms first. So we waited and waited.. only to be ignored. Finally I asked the employee were you going to print out our two pages… In a very rude manner the response was… no I already told you would be 20 minutes or so. So we left

My family and I have been using Mail Biz since Holly and Steve took the business over. Our experience has been nothing but excellent, they are kind caring and professional. I noticed some of the past reviews had given them a hard time regarding not wearing masks, I wonder how those people feel now that we know they don't do a darn thing. Some of us knew it back then! Thanks Holly and Steve for all you do for the Loomis community you're one of many great businesses here in our town.

Walked in at 4:28pm to get fingerprinted, was not greeted nor acknowledged. There was a notary helping someone. Finally someone came out from the back to help us, we informed her we were looking to get fingerprinted. She told us they stop doing fingerprints at 4:30pm. I didn't realize what time it was until I was walking out the door. It was 4:31pm.

I stood waiting while the fingerprint technician completed a personal phone call to her son talking about his stolen SSN. No apologies, nothing. Like she was doing me a favor. I frequently have to provide livescan and have gone to this location everytime. Clearly not valued as a customer, won't be returning.

Upsetting with this location. Different online sources stating different times. We rushed here thinking it was before 3. After coming here several times trying to get one package. Today we knocked on the door to see if she could've assisted us. She was doing nothing but sitting on butt on her phone. When we continued Knocking she yelled "WHAT". I was honestly upset after that situation and just left. How embarrassing is that for you being so rude. I'm completely disgusted with this lady and this location. I will not be coming back and will have to find another way to get my package. This is sickening!!!!!

Dear Faith, you should never tell a customer is wrong, when they come in your establishment for your business. Your attitude towards me will reduce customers because I AM NOT giving your business any referrals. Please move on from the past, treat everyone equal with respect and you will live a healthy and prosperous life.
