After searching for levers for my Low Rider S I stumbled across the Lucky Speed Shop page. I found a pair of bronze levers to match the color accents on my bike, and also they were “shorty” style levers as I found the stock levers just a bit too long past the fulcrum point and I didn’t like the chrome.
I placed my order and did have to wait a couple weeks since the parts were made after the order. I was impatient just like everyone else who wants their parts immediately and sent an email asking when I could expect them.
The customer service was nothing but professional and prompt as they returned my email and explained they are made to order and as soon as they are ready to ship I would receive tracking information.
I was given my tracking information and a couple days later my levers arrived. The craftsmanship and color was astonishing. I am nothing but pleased with my levers and want to thank Lucky Speed Shop for a pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects/purchases.

10/10 would recommend great customer service great pricing and wonderful turn around times! Your go to for any parts and service needs everything to do with a motorcycle! They make killer in house custom parts as well great people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I pre-ordered the new Saddlemen Mini fairing and there was a LONG wait compared to what was originally stated. It wasn’t Lucky Speed Shops fault but Saddlemen just not being able to produce enough/quick enough.
Drew went above and beyond for me each time I called to check on the order. His customer service literally made me a future customer. Thank you Drew!

Drew is the man as a disabled veteran , without a lot of mechanical knowledge he got my bike all fixed in a very timely manner. We are already discussing more improvements on my bike can’t wait!!! Lucky speed got all your bike

If you like paying for products that don't come or be fed excuses shipping updates that don't change then this is your shop. It's a shame cuz I really like the look of their products but when you buy a $100 item and it doesn't show up. Spending another $1000 for risers, air cleaner
and trigger levers is out of the question. No discount would make me want to give them more business over a month and no product plus fake shipping updates smh
Some constructive criticism... STOP SELLING ITEMS YOU DONT HAVE!!!

This dude Drew is running a very shady business here to say the least. Not sure about his in store shopping experience, but online is a joke. I ordered a Simpson Mod Bandit crbonfiber helmet from him back in November of 2023. Online it said it was in stock. Come to find out, he only does that so people will still buy them, even though the helmet was truly on back order. Today is April 17th 2024. Still no word...... a few months back I emailed him and told him I wanted a refund. He told me his lady that runs accounting was currently out for the weekend but she'd issue me a refund 1st thing Monday morning. Never happened, now the dude won't answer the phone at the shop, return emails or anything. Just ghosted me...... $730 down the tubes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It was a nightmare. Very disappointed that its hard to reach them & no one bother to reply my emails.
I’ve ordered items from the shop online and it’s almost one month, i haven’t receive it yet. Even though I’ve pay international expedited shipping.
The item bought was suppose to be a gift and it is due this week.

I bought a set of levers from they website and at first everything seemed great. Got an email saying they received my order and is getting ready to ship. I responded and asked when I could expect my order. The very next day, Monday morning, Drew the shop manager emailed back and said all levers have a 2 week lead time. Awesome preciate the update. 2 weeks go by, no updates. 3rd week comes up and I email them, no response. Replied to the same email thread the shop manager emailed me from. Waited 3 days before sending another email. Even sent a new email as well as replying to the original one. Still no answer. After the 4th week and no response I assumed I wasn't getting my product so I contacted my financial institution and disputed the charge for not receiving what I paid for. This is very upsetting because they're the only ones that make the levers I want.
I received a phone call from Drew today and he explained this issues they were having and the reason for not receiving his emails. He was honest and upfront right away and was very apologitic for the delay. Really appreciative for the quick response.

They advertise having all kinds of badass parts, just not in stick. Ordered some parts in November for a build I was doing assuming parts would be here, waited about 2 weeks, then was told all orders were 2-3 weeks out. I needed the parts to satisfy a customer, so I ordered from another supplier. Asked for a refund with no response. Here we are end of January, reached out again and was notified that my order had been canceled Jan 29th. 2024 And refund has not yet been issued. I would order from them again, but the lack of communication is not good when people want their bikes finished.I'm sure the parts supplied are badass, if you recieve them.

Ordered bronze levers said 2 weeks and going on 3 no response to harley davidson or me...hope I can get ahold of some one I'd like my bike to get completed....Got through to some one need to call when they open. Love the levers great feel and color.

These guys at Lucky Speed Shop have provided outstanding customer service. Drew is the man and always down to let me talk his ear off about building Harley's and has a lot of knowledge when I ask for advice. Have never had an issue getting someone on the phone or a reply to an email. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get aftermarket parts. They have most definitely earned a lifetime customer. Keep up the good work dudes.

Helped out a lot! I was stumped on what I needed for my bike and Drew was able to help figure out what was going on and recommended some things that would help improve the performance in my bike and couldn't be happier! The guys at lucky speed shop are a life saver!
