RV storage has been challenging recently with the influx of new RV owners during Covid. We previously had our trailer stored quite a distance away due to lack of availability but thought I would call Loomis Self Storage since they were much closer to home. Nancy answered the phone and was super nice and helpful. She gave me a couple options that might work with our trailer. They have two storage lots and honestly one is nicer being fully paved. I chose the partial paved for cost. I wanted to see the sites in person so I traveled over. Sean helped me when I called back. He was able to stay on the phone with me and access the gates so I could see the various sites. The facility looked very clean for an outdoor boat/RV storage facility. Security gates were at the entrance to both lots requiring your own code to enter and exit. Decided to grab a spot and headed over to the office around the corner to do the paperwork. Sean also mentioned they could do it over the phone as well but since I was there, I like to meet who I'm dealing with. Sean helped me get squared away. He even offered a couple options in case my trailer did not fit in the spot I chose. It wound up fitting perfectly with a couple feet to spare. Love that this is a small local family run business that we can help support. They were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for boat/RV storage.

I kept my stuff here for a year and the front desk was kind enough to offer me a lock that I paid for through the front desk. Sometime between putting my stuff in and taking my stuff out, I seem to have misplaced a lot of stuff. I seem to have a lot less than I had when I moved into the storage. Buy your own lock with a passcode and keep limited information to yourself.

Sean and Nancy are amazing! We've been parking our trailer there for a little over a year and the customer service is fantastic! They are wonderful people and always assisted us and found solutions through changes that we made and assured that we are happy. This is what a family local business does and this is how they take care of their customers. Thank you, Sean, for thinking outside the box and helping us out.

EXCELLENT people!!! Excellent storage!!! Super safe!! Great hours!!! Parked few cars here during a trip back home for few months, comeback, everything was there like I had left initially!!! Ms. Nancy is an awesome lady!!! Thank you so much and for sure I will use their storage space next time! And lastly! "One" spot is good enough for TWO cars! I had a big pickup truck and a smaller car! It fit perfectly! One cannot go wrong with their facility! Thumbs Up!!!!

I recently purchased an RV travel trailer and was scrambling to find a place to store it. After many calls I found Loomis RV storage. They had just expanded and was the first place I found available anywhere near me. The sign up was very easy, it was all online and I was able to put my trailer in storage the same day. Everyone I've dealt with there has been tremendously friendly and accommodating.
