Great gym.I have been coming to LKB for about 2 years now and I love it. I used to attend another large local gym, one of the largest in the area, and I will never go back. At LKB you basically get personal training in a group fitness atmosphere.

Love this place!!! I’ve never stuck with a gym until I came to Loomis Kettlebell. The workouts are different each day which keeps me interested and motivated to come back. Craig, the owner, always takes into consideration the individual and gives modifications to the workout if need be. Craig is super knowledgeable and motivating. The gym is well equipped with what you need to get strong and healthy. But at the end of the day, the kettlebells are what have made my entire body strong especially my core. You will also meet great people at this place which is a big reason that I feel comfortable every day that I’m there. I recommend Loomis Kettlebell to anyone who wants to get healthy, fit, and strong all while enjoying the process. A big thank you to Craig at Loomis Kettlebell.

I have been working out at Loomis Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning for about 2 years. Craig provides a common sense approach to getting stronger that is challenging, fun and personalized. He is always willing to provide advice and encouragement as well as modification to the workouts if necessary. I go to the gym on a more regular basis just because I like being at the gym and miss Craig and my workout partners when I am not there.

Craig’s knowledge and focus on quality movements are invaluable. I have an injured shoulder and he modifies the workouts for me so that I can avoid further injury and still increase my strength.

Great gym, first one I've ever been able to consistently stick with. Craig is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and motivational but with an eye toward modifications Toba given workout based on individual needs; I have an old back injury that Craig always takes into consideration when stepping through a workout, suggesting alternate excercises when he thinks the scheduled movement may unduly stress my back. Highly recommend.
