Purchased a Louisiana Grill, and had issues almost from the beginning. We spoke with them and were told we had to deal with the manufacturer. When you spend close to $2,000 for a piece of equipment that doesnt work, I expect more than "contact the manufacturer."
I have dealt with the Ace Hardware in Truckee, California for years. I only went to the LoomisAH because i was told their outdoor department was great. It is amazing. However, I'll continue to business with the Truckee Ace Hardware instead.

Great selection of hardware, but most importantly they are always right at the front door as you walk in to ask you if you need help. Go there!

Awesome Ace!!! So much cool stuff and great staff!! Visiting from out of town and my Ace in Oregon is sad compared to this Loomis Ace. Good Job!!

Very nice hardware store. It feel more like a mom and pop shop rather than an Ace. The staff was helpful and friendly. Not much parking but that’s to be expected for the location.

They do a superb job of maximizing inventory per sq/ft. Although some sections are in adjacent buildings. Don't waste time driving to home despot and visit Ace.

I love the old-school, neighbor vibe of this place: tall shelves, old wooden floors... We always find what we need, and the staff is helpful when needed. The store is also very dog-friendly.

We stopped into the BBQ store because they are listed as a Traeger dealer. The employee there was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up with a Reqteq smoker and we love it. After our first use, we had a problem. Reqteq customer service responded but offered no solution. We called ACE. They called their rep/dealer and he found a solution for us right away. We are VERY happy with their store, their prices, their customer service, and above all, their support after the sale!
