We originally reached out to a number of different home financing options - Jeff was the only one to take the time to explain the different options in detail and the cost/benefits associated with each one.The large National Bank bank took 2 months to get back to us, the App based lender was willing to sign us up for whatever, without explaining anything, and the local Credit Union didn't do mortgage financing.Jeff got on multiple calls to explain as much as I was comfortable understanding. Ultimately helping us choose the combination and timing that was perfect for our unique situation.If I could give 6 stars I would!

From the very beginning after being referred to Jeff, I knew I was in good hands. He didn't try to swindle me or use housing jargon to confuse me. He beat three other lenders that all claimed they could save me the most money. They all were either unfamiliar with VA loans or trying to make extra money with hidden fees or commission. If you are looking to buy a home for the first time and you feel nervous because of volatile market, give Jeff a call and he will set you on the correct course of action with what you can afford (he will be honest on what is affordable and what is not). Jeff, from my family to yours, we appreciate everything.

Owning a home was a major goal for me and my wife. We were so stressed thinking that it would be like going to a car dealership. We met with Jeff and Tina, and we enjoyed every bit of the process. They answered every question we had, they were honest and upfront with us and gave us a lot of information. They got us approved quickly and we were able to find a home and close in about a month from start to finish. We were so happy using Edge Home Finance and now we are in our very first home.
