This place was terrible for my experience. I brought my boat in for a inaccurate tachometer and a blower motor that keeps shorting out and tripping the breaker. They said they ran the blower for 2 hours and it worked fine. They didn't even look at anything further. I told them that they will notice the light does not come on fully and it comes on and off and the motor goes at different speeds because there's a loose connection somewhere. They said it was fine and I took it home. I checked the blower and it didn't even turn on. Then it turned on at half power no light on. I'm not a mechanic but I had to get under there myself and I found a loose connection at the circuit breaker for the blower, which they did not check. So I fixed my own problem, and I'm not the mechanic. They did nothing for my concerns and instead gave me a bunch of bills for estimates of things I didn't ask about. Gave me over $8,000 worth of estimates for things I wasn't looking to do. Didn't fix my problem. Charged me $330. For nothing. They said there was rust in my brake reservoir so I need to do an entire complete overhaul on the brake system $2,000 to $4,000. A trailer shop looked in the reservoir and said it only needs to be bled, and the fluid didn't look concerning .They said because my gear lube cable had cracks in it I need to do all Bellows etc $4,800.They said my fluids were bad when they were changed last season and hardly used.I would not bring my boat here. They did not investigate my concern and charged me for 2 hours of inspections. Gave me ridiculous estimates for things I didn't come in for.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped in for water resistant toggle switches for a baja bug. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a DPDT and a SPDT style switch, and they were able to order it at a good price, and it came in within a few days. I would definitely recommend!

Well worth the drive to Loomis for a locking fuel cap which no one else had in stock. Boat repairs, parts & service are their mainstay.

Do not take your boat here. Horrible service. We spent over $3000 only to have what was "fixed" not fixed, yet to have things that were working, not working when we picked our boat up. They wanted more money to fix this. Horribly disappointed.

I've taken my boat to Cal's for years now. They really want to get it right. They don't upsell. I've had intermittent issues with my trailer (those are the worst). Tim and the crew are patient and work out the problem. They give great suggestions to avoid issues. I really feel confident when my boat comes out.

*******BEST SERVICE EVER*************Okay, so as a business owner myself, I sure to love to brag about excellent service, just as we like to hear it as well. Brought our 2 year old pontoon boat to these guys, that we have had problems with since 6 weeks after we purchased it from the crooks at A smaller fishing boat, in Sacramento. WARNING, stay away from that place. Everyone at Cals was awesome from the start. From the gals in the office, to Trevor who lent an ear for about 20 minutes as we brought it in, to Tim who took it out on the water, when they were done, to make sure our baby was 100%, before we got it back. Runs like a champ!!! They kept in contact every day with an update and, even got us in within 2 days, boat back days later. Still able to enjoy the summer. I will never take my boats to anyone else, ever again. I am an avid boater, with many boating friends. They will all know where to take their boats from now on. Love these guys. Sorry guys, I couldn't find the 10 stars button!!

Very rude customer service. I called for a quote for a simple service and the lady who answered the phone was abrasive and short. Maybe some customer service classes would help. I will not be calling or recommending them to anyone.
