3237 Rippey Rd #200, Loomis“The hood on my car was fading and I went to 3 auto shops re if the hood could be painted and matched to the rest of the car. Madison looked at the car and told me they could do it. I am SO glad I went with Collision Pros, not only because they were closer to where I live but because everyone was so nice and I felt like they were being very honest with not only their ability in matching the paint but also with the cost. I was brought t to tears when I saw my car-it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!!”
“Someone backed into my car recently. Mario took care of everything for me. He came to my workplace and took pictures, gave the estimate to the insurance company and took care of everything! My car looks great! Mario went above and beyond, even returning my car to my workplace. Thank you Mario! I recommend Novelli Auto Body & Paint highly.”
“These guys are super helpful. LGBTQ welcoming. They even help install wiper blades. Felt a little uncomfortable at first walking in as they looked a bit redneck but honestly that was my own prejudice. Good guys. Helpful and kind. Small towns can be scary when you’re newer but they solid”
“I stopped in for water resistant toggle switches for a baja bug. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a DPDT and a SPDT style switch, and they were able to order it at a good price, and it came in within a few days. I would definitely recommend!”
“These guys towed my car after I got in an accident that rendered my car undriveable. When I called my insurance to get it all sorted out, they told me I would have to pay this tow yard to get my vehicle released to insurance, but we could send them the reciept and get reimbursed. So when my partner called Sierra to get the bill settled, it was a nice surprise when the man on the phone told us "No. Insurance is gonna end up paying for this tow anyways, so why do YOU have to jump through all the hoops to get your money back?" I'm assuming he fought our insurance on our behalf, as my car was released without any issue coming up on my end. After going through an awful accident and having to deal with so many stressors, it was nice to feel that someone was in my corner to help out.”
“I am very pleased with the caipers Ruffstuff sent me. The '76-77 Cadillac Eldorado calipers they sell appear to be the only ones being offered in the aftermarket that are using the parking brake lever stop as GM designed it. It works awesome when installed and adjusted correctly! Please note that a major competitor, Lugnut 4X4, is not using that lever stop and has actually designed around it. This is a big mistake and I would NOT recommend buying their calipers or parking brake levers/brackets!!!! A lot of people do not know how to adjust these calipers properly, and it's very likely that Shawn at Lugnut doesn't either which is why he defeated the caliper stop with his lever design. Please see Classic Performance Products for a video on the caliper adjustment.I can't speak to the long term reliability of the Ruffstuff calipers yet. They've been in my truck for 2 weeks. But so far, they work perfectly.”
