I went in today 4/23/24 to buy some shoes for my daughter at 6:30 pm I got some converse high tops and some vans high tops as well when we were in the store we were looking for shoes when one of the employees came up to me a older lady I think her name was urcella or something like that and she tells me to stop pushing in the boxes mind you they where already like that and I tell her it wasn’t me or my daughter and she just goes mhhm and walks away I buy the shoes I put them on my daughter inside the car she has them on for like a min when I see she keeps pulling the shoe lace so I decide to take them off and return them then when I go in she tells me I can’t return because my daughter tried them on and supposedly the bottom was scratched it wasn’t that makes no sense so like why why let people try on shoes in store then she says okay you can exchange with whatever shoes I go and exchange with some checkered vans and when I go check out and they are 2 dollars less than the converse and she gets a attitude with me and tells me I have to exchange for same exact price mind you she didn’t tell me that then tells me I have to buy something else to equal the price I said no she can keep the 2 dollars if that’s what she is worried about she gets a horrible attitude and tells me she is going to give me the 2 dollars In A gift card and I said no it’s okay and she starts getting defensive and mad horrible customer service

I asked about the return policy and the cashier said I could put my phone number in and if I needed to return my shoes if I lost my receipt, she said I could use my phone number.I came back the next day to return them and a different cashier was completely rude to me and refused to let me do a return, saying that I couldn't return it without a receipt and the box they came in.she also said you couldn't return them after wearing them. ( I only wore them one time to verify whether or not they were right for me, they look perfectly fine, not even dirty and only worn for 4 hours indoors )both cashiers are horrible, the store was a mess, and now I have an $80 pair of shoes I can't wear or return thanks to one of the cashiers lying to me.
