I picked up some “Old Speckled Hen” English Pale Ale and some Cabrales Blue Cheese . Both amazing. Cool spot, go there and enjoy .

Great selection of wines at an affordable price point. Steve also gives fantastic recommendations. The selection rotates which keeps things fresh and they're always delicious.Solid selection of cheese as well (hence the name) and other goodies and gifts. Seriously, if you like wine stop by, and if you don't like wine, stop by and Steve will find you something you'll love.

I walked into this store not expecting much. I had recently tried midnight moon goat cheese I got from Whole Foods and loved it. For some reason I decided my litmus test of whether this place was legit was if they carried that as well. I scanned the selection and what do ya know...there it was. And Mt Tam was there too. I asked the owner if they carried Pate and he mentioned around the holidays--score! I asked if they carried caviar and he said he could special order it--another score! I asked if they carried Cod liver and he said not exactly but recommending a tin of Cod in garlic oil. I grabbed a tin of that and asked him if he only carried crackers (I prefer to eat my tinned fish on a baguette). He pointed to a semi baguette in his freezer. I got home and finished that entire tin and baguette and it was FANTASTIC. I think the most exciting this about this is that based on their selection and recommendations, I already trust that they will be able to select new products for me I know I'll enjoy going forward. Very excited to continue visiting this place to take home more surprises. I'm even more glad I don't have to go to Whole Foods to get good cheese. I do live near Lazy Acres but again, the added value with this place is the expertise of the owner.

Okay, I'm far too lazy to write reviews normally, but I felt compelled to write one for this store--that's how great a biz it is. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about cheeses and wines. Translation: tell him what you like and dislike, and he will dial in an awesome choice. I detest most goat cheeses (just lick a rusty outhouse spigot and save yourself time), but I asked him to suggest one that would change my mind. Brought this mix of sheep and goat cheese home and it is quite simply--heaven. The dude is an artist. But they also offer top shelf ice creams, gelatos, and sorbets. I discovered a fabulous horseradish mustard too. We have to support this place. It is a tiny gem in Long Beach offerings, people. And no hard sell AT ALL. Super fun to pick his brain on two areas (wines, cheeses) that are quite intimidating due to their nuances and complexity. Go in and explore, and you won't be disappointed.

Open 7 days a week, Wine Cheese Etc. provides a great service to the Long Beach community for wine, cheese, and ... butter?We stopped by on a Monday afternoon, and there was plenty of parking (shared parking strip mall parking lot). I have been on the lookout for the best butter I could find to eat with fresh bread, since our Europe trip and settled on 'Rodolphe Le Meunier' to try. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the places that carry it, was right here in LBC.It's a smaller shop, manageable by one person. The owner/proprietor was very friendly, and gave us some suggestions on cheese (which we followed: Milton Praire Breeze $8.99) and fresh European bread, which we intend to try (with the purchased butter of course). I'm a sucker for sour dough flatbread crisps, so had to pick up a box of that ($8.50). Note that it has a small variety of cheeses, all already individually pre-wrapped (this is not a cheese shop where they have wheels of cheese, ready to be cut on-demand). Next time, will take advantage of the expert wine/cheese pairing.

Wine Cheese Etc. is a gem of a shop in Long Beach. The owners, Kerri and Stephen, are passionate about wine and cheese, and it shows in their carefully curated selection. The wine selection is particularly impressive, with a wide variety of wines under $40 from small production wineries all over the world. Stephen is always happy to chat about wine and help you find the perfect bottle for your taste.The cheese selection is also top-notch, with a wide variety of cheeses from all over the world. Stephen is always happy to give recommendations, and they can even help you create a custom cheese board for your next party.In addition to wine and cheese, Wine Cheese Etc. also sells a variety of other gourmet food items, including charcuterie, crackers, jams, and chocolates. They also have a selection of cookbooks and gift items.The shop is located in a convenient location in the Times Square Center, and it's open seven days a week. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they make shopping for wine and cheese a pleasure.I highly recommend Wine Cheese Etc. to anyone who loves wine, cheese, or simply good food. It's a wonderful business run by wonderful people.I would definitely recommend Wine Cheese Etc. to anyone looking for a great place to buy wine, cheese, or other gourmet food items.

The best wine shop ever!! Delicious and reasonably priced wines and cheeses, such cute merchandise and Steven provides stellar recommendations. We literally always end up buying way more than we intended bc there is always so much good stuff!

Ordered a charcuterie box to take on a gondola ride with my wife. The selection of meats and cheeses was great and the selection of crackers to go with it was on point. Will definitely be back for more. Top quality and a nice bottle of French wine to finish it off from their selection in store.

Go here to find a store full of uniquely fancy products. Great place to wax infinitely about the virtues of great wine and cheese (and Etc.) Wide selection of natural wines, both local and exotic. If you're looking for a birthday gift or just to shop locally, this is the place for that, and so much more.

This place is the best! I needed a charcuterie board last minute for a family get together so I called the day before and was able to pick it up the next day. Nothing in that board was left! My family was giving compliment after compliment. Can't wait to go back.
