John was amazing. His installation Team did excellent job. Price was half of Home Depot's quote. Anderson quoted 4times what I paidI had 25 feet of sliding glass doors installed Over looking the. Golf course. Go see John if you need windows or screens.

Great service. They gave me the best price compared to the other Window shops and the customer service was excellent. This is a true family business and the owner & his wife (Kim) were very personable and very willing to work with you. After they installed my new front windows, I felt very comfortable going back to have the other windows repaired. Not only did the owner fix my window, he advised me not to spend more money fixing the rest but gave me supplies to go work on the rest and I saved over $500. Don’t go anywhere else, this is the right place to work on your windows. You will like the quality, warranty and customer experience.

While we are very happy with our new windows on the interior, we have been expressing our unhappiness with the aesthetics of the outside for 4 months now. Due to an error in communication and a misunderstanding of what would be left behind, we have the original sills left on the windows and it looks terrible! John was able to order us the parts to cover it, however we have no one to install it. I am hopeful that the company will come around and fix the look of the windows.

I just called this company to ask what material should be used to seal vinyl windows to existing wood frames. The person who answered the phone told me he doesn't know. Strange answer for someone who is in that business.new

Several years ago my husband and I thought that we needed our home windows replaced. We tried to shop around for quality and great price but could not find one, until we found John and gave him a try. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as quality of the products and very reasonable price, can't beat it.We glad we found him. I would recommend John business to anyone.

We had our windows installed back in late Jan. When they came to do the installation, John asked if we wanted to keep the sills and pointed to the aluminum framing (I assumed he meant this). I didn't have a preference on the aluminum framing so I called my husband and asked him. My husband said to keep it (again assuming it was the framing). I had to leave while they did the installation as having toddlers around with windows being installed is not a good combo. When I came back, I was very unhappy with how the windows looked on the outside. They had left a piece of original wood that is smaller then the rest of the new window frames! I called them and expressed my dislike of the exterior of the windows. Fast forward 4 months: John ordered parts to cover it up which was great except I have no one to install them! My husband is not able to do it and the company is not willing to do it, I keep getting the run around from them of "we'll get back to you in 4 weeks." I will keep pursuing them to come install the new sills and hopefully they will! While we are satisfied with our new windows on the inside, aesthetically from the outside we are not satisfied. While we understand it was a miscommunication error from both parties, we would really appreciate it if the company to come and fix it. Just a word to the wise: just say no to keeping the sills!

Now I know where and who to go for when I need help on installing my windows. I give so much credit to John and his team after meeting for an estimate and a month later installed our new windows. They went above and beyond to clean up after installation. I definitely recommend this business!
