They need to get a pharmacist that gives patients consults for their RX! This "pharmacist" tells you to refer to your instructions in the bag... do better, sir. Nikjoo, Ebi.

When in Cali, some of the best ice cream can be found here in Rite Aid. Thrifty brand ice cream has been serving California residents since 1940, and partnering with Rite Aid stores has not diminished their quality. Come in and try a scoop when in Cali.

Slowest workers ever, don't try and get ice cream, takes them 20 min to scoop one pint. Tells me they have no lids after they scoop all the ice cream and wants me to wait in a line that goes to the other end of the rite aid. Place is a joke, no common sense

Saturday, May 7th My Mini-Me wanted some Ice cream and it's been soooo long since we had Thrifty. I pretty much know the routine so as soon as I walked in the store I stood in line to pay before walking over to the ice cream counter (otherwise they'll say pay 1st - don't know why but yea...) 3 clerks, 2 people in each line. My turn. I tell the clerk I would like 3 double scoops on the cone. She tells me the total, I pay, she then hands me my receipt and says she'll be right there then continues to assist the next customer. So rude. The cashier next to her saw what happened and told me she would help me. We got our ice creams and headed home. I do appreciate the second cashier taking the time to assist me especially AFTER I stood in line to pay FIRST but the initial cashier (#55212427) was rude, she didn't ask me if I minded waiting while she helped the next customer. Just rude. The ice cream was still delicious in spite of her.

Hours are wrong on Yelp. Closes at 10 not midnight. Store has a creepy vibe and not in a great area after dark

Came to buy orajel and my 3yr old had to use the bathroom, the cashier said they'll call someone and I mentioned it's an emergency and she said WELL SHE CAN WAIT... pretty rude...typing this as I'm waiting to be let into the bathroom with a upset toddler.

The pharmacy here in Ride aid sooo bad people are rude and they don't listen to your needs, came in my last nerve- was about to pick up my mom meds only only to find out that they put it back, came all the way from work, was so tired and I told the pharmacy's so many times that one of her staff is so rude and now there's one new guy who doesn't know how to listen that I will pick up my mom meds today. Will definitely change pharmacy for my mother.

3 is generous I called ahead several hours to fill my rx Not ready When my doctor sends an rx ahead of time it has not been ready - not once (except when I gave them until the next day - and even then it has not always been ready.) Suggestion: the pharmacist should ONLY deal with prescriptions and not general merchandise checkout. Being told 'we have been busy' just does not cut it.

This location is NOT open until midnight. I work odd hours and I'm always looking for a place that's convenient and opened late. Their hours are posted as such, but when you drive by (around 11:20pm) they're shut down.

We no longer come to this Rite Aid. The parking lot area is full of sketchy characters. One of the last times I came here, I witnessed people making their rounds through the parking lot attempting to open car doors and looking into car windows! The sidewalk area where you enter the store is dirty and gross and there are multiple homeless that sleep on the sidewalk areas of this shopping center. The floors of the inside of this store are also dirty looking. The last few times we came to this store, the cashiers who checked us out were rude and just seemed like they didn't want to be working. Just not a good atmosphere in this store.

I got followed around the store by a long dark haired woman, possibly a manager. She then went on the intercom to say check all security cameras. After she checked me out she went in the back it was obvious she thought I was stealing. I left my purse and only carried my wallet inside to avoid such stares but I guess my clothes were too loose and she figured I could steal still. If you want to be treated like a criminal go to Rite aid on Atlantic Ave in Bixby Knolls. The other employees were nice it's just the manager.

We went to this ride aid because it's close to our home and the lady who worked at the ice cream section was very rude, had no manners, had a attitude and she didn't give no spoons and no Receipt but we called and they didn't answer I will never go there again.

The employees were all wearing mask n there were clear markings on the floor for social distancing. I got a bunch of mosquito bites and needed Cortizone n Off bug spray. I found the Cortizone-10 creme with Aloe. But I couldn't find Off. I asked Janie and she could point me out to the directions of Off bug spray n she said aisle 10. Withput hesitation. And all throughout our encounter she was restocking the liqour section. Pretty cool. I picked up some Off n off to the counter I go. Well guess who was also ringing up cutomers? JANIE!!!!! She greeted me and asked me how I was doing. She was polite and her customer service was amazing. She is an awesome human being.

For some reason, yelp lists this Rite-Aid branch to showcase their brand Thrifty Ice Cream. It can be purchased, as we did, in various other branches. There are many ice cream establishments in Long Beach. I try to be moderate about indulging. Without question it is a highly ranked comfort food, especially in current days. Store bought pre-packaged brands smile out from their showcases like Amsterdam ladies of the night. A favorite grocery store purchases little-known specialty brands that may be mind boggling good -- or bad (i.e. light, vegan etc.). They are seldom seen twice. The good stuff, once found out, must be bought in panic bulk like this year's toilet paper. Gone so fast. Thrifty's is consistently good, many flavors, reasonable, and often on sale. The delicious Pecan Praline and Vanilla are the latest to be summering in the freezer here. A recent yelp review prompted the vanilla purchase. A never heard-of-flavor, Blue Moon, led me to investigate Its ingredients. In short time I was reading about Grape Nut ice cream. Sitting in multiple storage containers (Blue Bunny plastic tubs, ironically) is a healthy portion of a three pound box of grape nuts (from previously mentioned grocery store). The vanilla ice cream was put to work. Mixed in with softened Grape Nuts, a serving of Grape Nut ice cream was created. For those who like only the sweetest of concoctions, I would not suggest. But for those who love Cheerios milk, this is a pleasant confusion of a dinner dessert and breakfast. Very healthy, I tell myself.
