Horrible dealership
The Genera manager is rude and disrespectful has a negative demeanor about how he helps people.
Doesn’t care about how he treats customer.
There only there to take your money and back stabbing you when it come down to honoring there signed agreements .
Don’t buy cars at this dealership.
There just money hungry and lie about your warranty’s and other things they want to sell you when there already free and included in your purchase when the car has a bond with the state of California and you don’t even need a driver’s license to buy a car in California. Don’t fall into there false trap ?. Go somewhere else

Went in to look at a 42k MSRP sienna. Price ended up being 55k lol... They added over $6000 in dealer markups... As soon as I saw that, I lost interest and left. Yeah be careful and read everything in paper before you sign.

I took my sienna for oil change and tire rotation on August 15 .But the day before I notice a small screw on the passenger side tire .Today August 16 I notice the little screw is in the same spot.Meaning the technian didn't rotate the tire. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THESE TECHNICIAN.THEY COULD DAMAGE your car if they don't do they job right.

**Worst Car Buying Experience
I recently had the misfortune of visiting this Toyota dealership, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had while trying to buy a car. From the moment I walked in, I was met with nothing but rudeness and disrespect from the sales staff. The lack of professionalism was shocking, to say the least.
The sales counselors were completely unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in arguing with me than assisting with my purchase. When I tried to express my concerns, I was met with hostility and even yelled at! It was an incredibly humiliating experience.
What made matters worse was when I asked to speak with management. Instead of being heard and helped, I was told that I was in the wrong simply because I had questions about a vehicle I was looking to purchase . The lack of compassion and customer care from the management team was appalling. They clearly have no interest in treating customers with respect or making the car-buying experience a positive one. This dealership doesn’t deserve your business. Save yourself the stress

Very nice staff, I came here to pick up a part and the staff were really helpful in helping me find the parts department! From the moment I walked in a very nice lady greeted me and took me to the parts department, I was in and out in three minutes! Like if I was going to buy a car I probably would've bought one form her lols.

I went to this dealership in great hopes of getting a car. We recently sold our old car to a junk yard due to a failed transmission and it would cost us more money to fix. So we decided it was time to get a new car. I’ve came here years ago for my sister who purchased a car from here. She recommended us to go to West Cost Toyota Dealership because they helped her get a car. Let me just say I have bad credit and I went in with only $1000 cash and I was worried that it wouldn’t be enough. Fast forward I left the dealership with a car ?. It was all thanks to Linh Le, Hassame and Megan!! These 3 went above and beyond out of there way to help me and my family of 3. We were so desperate to get a car but had low hopes of walking out with one. But these 3 made it happened and before I went I prayed to God to please help and bless us with a car today and he sent these 3 angels to me and my family and for that I am forever grateful for them. So if you are in need of a car ask for any of these 3 and I bet you they will go above and beyond for you too. May I add the environment is clean and peaceful and we were out of there within 3 hours. Which I think is a good amount of time compared to others times I’ve went to other dealerships with family and friends and it took probably the whole day??♀️. So if you’re looking for a good dealership West Coast Toyota in Long Beach CA is where you need to be ?.

I went in there looking for a truck because many other dealers didn't have it. But this dealership had it and I was extremely ecstatic for they had to but one that I absolutely loved and it had everything I needed in it. And they have a new salesman his name is Jacob friendly knowledgeable made you feel right at home and try to give you the deal you want it but not without haggling...
