Unfortunately, I may be closing this account with Wells Fargo. This is my second attempt for an appointment to only add a signer to an account. My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived at 11:37 AM and now by 12:45pm I was still unable to be seen as no tellers were "available".There was little to any traffic inside of the bank and I called prior to arrival and was told that there was a 15 minute grace period.Several tellers were behind the glass, but no one came out to assist, even though it was plenty of time for a process that was under 20 minutes. What happened to decent service?The Bank manager even has the audacity to communicate rudely when asked if she could be of assistance as the new signer needed was only in town for a very short but important visit. Again, Very disappointing and I may be moving my business elsewhere.

Came in because there was no other choice. This branch definitely the bottom of the totem pole. They have this Resortes looking man at the door. One teller window open for about 45 min. Bankers leaving early instead of assisting the line. Very irritated at this branch have enough tellers on the weekend when it's busiest as people have only Saturday to do their financial or any errands for that matter... Get it together Wells Fargo Willow branch in Long Beach... administer your hours for employees better..... Venting yes!

2 Bank Tellers open with 28 people waiting to be Helped, line so large it touches the Handicap parking area, inconsideration, or out right negligence for the People who hold there Money at this Bank! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

Wells Fargo located in the corner of Willow and Long Beach Blvd. next to Carl's Jr. parking pretty safe there's a security guard inside locations nice and cool only problem I had the teller was only one they should have more tellers I went there Friday took care of some business the line slowly moved along it was more people at this bank sitting at the desk instead of having more tellers maybe it was the time that I went but I couldn't really believe that they could've been more better service than that other Nat Wells Fargo on Willow in the city of Long Beach is a good place to go do your banking ATMs are outside well lit and clean check them out
