Car wash was not the best I swiped my card and I checked my bank app the next day it charged me twice one 5 bucks which it stated it was but then 10 bucks again I’m trying to figure out why it charged me 10 Ima have to call them it was my first and last time at that car wash

DO NOT!!!! AND I MEAN DO NOT!!!! Come to this establishment. Very janky!! I paid $8 to go through the cat wash, and it did not even spot rinse nor did the dryer come on to dry my car. I went to knock on the door. for almost 20 minutes I stood there knocking. I heard the dog barking. I believe they live on the property no one came to the door. There is no number to call for reimbursements. so I have to waste more money to complete the job. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not be back.

STAY AWAY FROM WASH WEEKLY!See other reviews regarding overcharging. Its a $5 "swipe" if you choose to use your debit card, but they bill you $10. I'm sure not everyone checks their banking transactions daily so these con-artists are making out pretty well. In addition, nothing works as it should. The soap leaves a nasty residue, and the rinse, when turned on still shoots soapy foam, so you leave with a soapy residue, unclean car.STAY AWAY FROM WASH WEEKLY!

I've always come here and I like it because I can use my card but today it charged me twice but I'm only swiped it once it doesn't make any sense . I don't have a number to call or anything. Not very pleasing whatsoever.

Car came out dirty and very wet, had to pay $2 in quarters to get a drying rag SUPER NOT WORTH IT. I usually go to the wash on Anaheim and pacific, at least my car comes out dry and with a free vacuum!

I used to live just a couple of blocks from here and spent years washing my cars there. I even got friends to drive across town because it used to be a good spot. Everything ended when they switched over to tokens. It makes sense from a security standpoint but it's such a hassle to keep going back and forth to get tokens. I also noticed they lowered the amount of time you get with tokens so you are now spending more to wash your car. Furthermore, you're stuck with whatever tokens you don't use as opposed to actual change. Good luck using those at parking meters. Another element that has always been there but got worse over time was the less than friendly workers. Me and a buddy have been accused of bucket washing when we simply used a wash mitt (while still paying for their soap and conditioner) to avoid using the dirty old brushes. I've also been told to "hurry" by one of the staff while washing my car because there were people waiting . What makes them special? I paid, I'm going to wash my car until it's clean not because someone is waiting. If you add up the pros and cons, for the money, you can definitely do better. This place probably won't change until they replace management or ownership. Shame.

I love coming here but the card reader keeps overcharging me. Instead of $5 it charges $10. This is the 3rd time this happens. Please fix this. If it happens again i will never come to this car wash again and will encourage others to do the same. If you all can fix this bug, i will edit my review and add another star and make sure others also know that you all have professionalism.
