Why are the low value items locked up? How am I going to steal oil and funnels when they check me at the door? $3 item locked up but not the $50 item - so I have to wait 15 minutes for some grumpy employee to open the cabinet. And then I have to do my own checkout? WTF?

Service is absolutely trash here. Waited over a hour to get deodorant out of the case One employee has the keys to all the cases what a joke Found the guy just talking with employees instead of helping the line of customers at every locked up case

Just about everything I need is locked up and if you press the button you wait at least 10 minutes and the funny thing is you'll have someone standing nearby and says sorry I can't help you. You have to press the button so I guess no one has a key to open up things such a waste of time. Hint hit Walmart. The homeless by the river bed don't need car products. Free the detailing spray.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE John in the electronics department went above and beyond. I was there to buy a phone case. I chose the one I wanted but they only had blue. I didn't ask him to look, but this gentleman said, "wait a minute" and he took me to another part of the department and there were more choices of colors! I got the color I wanted!! He was very thoughtful to do that, especially since I didn't ask. When I thanked him he was polite and unassuming. Yay for people like John in the world. Yay for my new phone case. I need it because I drop my phone a lot. 5 star service

Ok it's Walmart, so my expectations are never high. DO avoid the auto center at all costs, they all work as if they're forced to work there. I took my car in at 10am to get it serviced for a balance. They told me I would get a notification when it was ready. I never got one. It was already 5pm and obviously I had to go ask what was up. It turned out the technician had canceled my service because my tires were too old. It was unbelievable how so many workers passed by me, and nobody ever mentioned anything to me. Like come on, it's common sense. Horrible communication!! Wasted my whole day there for nothing. And by the way, the fat, obese, miserable lady working there is a B****!!! I was able to witness all the poor customers who received attitude from her while I was there in the waiting area. So avoid this place at all costs and go elsewhere PLEASE!! I went to the Buena Park location, and what a difference!! That will be my spot from now on. Deuces !!

Horrible Walmart I was waiting for an associate to open a locked case and we waited forever I wasn't the only one. I pressed the button over and over and nothing I even called the store and still nothing. Associates here suck i don't know how they get paid if they do nothing and are not willing to help.

I had my husband take my 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid to get 4 brand new tires today since they offered a deal under $300.00 for all 4 tires. No one was there except my daughter and husband and they dropped off the car and told the staff what Tires I wanted. At first they said they had to locate the tires. Ok what's that 15 to minutes to look. Nope try 1 hour. So my daughter and husband went off shopping since there were things needed. Another hour passes by as my husband goes to check on the progress. Car is up all tires off and not one technician around. They sat and waited 45 more minutes and a few techs came out of the warehouse laughing. My husband got up and looked again, one tire is being placed on. We'll, all this time and my husband says he won't go back because they took their sweet time putting 4 tires on which, I myself have done myself in less than an hour some where else, but I didn't take my car this time. My husband said ge would have asked to have the car down so they could take it somewhere else, but like he said, the technicians were MIA most of the time. Management needs to be present for these jokers who think it's cool to just take three hours to change 4 tires. Just sad.

This Walmart is very racist and biased, as an African American I have never been treated so horribly. First me and my child was watched and looked at like we were from another planet. Then at check out, there was 2 registers open and a bunch of self check out . We decided the lines in self check out were shorter, we chose that route. We start scanning and we were watched, guy just only watched us. There are other families of other races doing the same thing but since we were black I guess we were judged that only our race steals. He watched us so hard ppl had to actually walk up to him tap him to get his attention. Then to top off the whole experience, the lady that checks the receipt takes our receipt and studies it like a book I mean reading every item putting checks on certain things. I look at her checking ppl after us she just glances and gives it back. Those customers were white and Hispanic. The rudeness of this particular Walmart was just too much. It’s unfortunate that as a paying customer I am treated this way.

I purchased the GTA trilogy for $30 when I got home I played it and it was great until one day I got a error on my PS4 someone fixed it, but it said that it will wipe all my data whatever you do stay away from the GTA trilogy ps4 game or next time, check the disk and go to your local video game store to resurface the diskIt’s sad that some people are buying it, even though it’s gonna mess up their PS4 ?

Walmart Manager Jennifer was rude and unprofessional. On 2/10/24, I was overcharged by the cashier who failed to apply a store advertised deal. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, she shared that customer service was currently closed and she was unable to fix it at her station. I asked for a store manager and was told the store managers were on a lunch break. After waiting 15 additional minutes, I asked for a manager again, and one manager paused her lunch to assist. She apologized for the confusion, however Jennifer a different manager then approached and attempted to escalate the situation and implied that being overcharged was my fault. I did not respond to her rude and unprofessional tone or statements and was assisted by the first Supervisor after walking away from Jennifer. I hope others are not treated In this manner when they catch mistakes with being overcharged. Her judgment, tone, rude statements, and unwillingness to be empathetic Modeled Poor customer service to me my family and the employees who witnessed it.

Great prices for car service right. The catch is they throw in fees that they don't tell you about. They gave me a tire that was more expensive then the one i picked charged me for lifetime rotation and didn't rotate nor did i ask for that. Last time i came i paid 4 rotation & they didn't do it. On top of that There are 2 rude ompa lompa girls in service that talk soo sarcastic to customers.

Man this place is the bottom of the barrel Walmart. Have been here twice and both times were bad.Waited for a pick up order that said was ready for 40 min. When I told the employee she responded with “well it’s gonna be more minutes cause we’re behind”. I went inside and told the manager with white blonde hair the issue and she was dismissive. I said may I pick it up in here? She said nope…Bad customer serviceBad location.Long wait times.

Bad enought they watch us like a hawk, making you feel like a thief, but now you have to beg for bags.....even tho you have to pay for them. They are worried about people grabbing them and running. How about having the people at the door worry about them instead of worrying about me who just did half the jobs they had to pay a salary for, and get someone watching over my shoulder the whole time.
