Went in today to get a watch strap replaced for my husband. The service was quick, everyone was very polite but worked with urgency. I can't thank this place enough they had an extra long strap just what my husband needed and the pin that held the strap in place was rusted, replaced the pin free of charge. The price was about 40 bucks because of the longer strap, but for that great service I would come back again. My husband is gonna love this gift for our first anniversary, thanks.

We were here visiting our son and noticed his watch needed repair. The kindest and most efficient man took care of my son’s very special watch for us. We did not have an appointment but explained our situation and he accommodated us right away. We made a new friend and found a place to make our next watch purchase as well. Highly recommend!!!

easy to get to location on lbt. Went in to get have an expensive Charles Hubert pocket watch I bought for a little over $100 on Amazon repaired. The owner changed the batter in less than a minute, charged me around $10 and I out the door! the big test will be if the battery lasts for a while. we shall see!
