Staff at this location are kind and helpful, but Long Beach Verizon service is worsening quickly. Either that or the company turns off high speed data for new contracts after a few months, because both my wife's and my brand new devices suddenly went from full bars of 5g and LTE to consistent 1 bar LTE. Haven't seen 5g in months. What's the point of having a $1600 phone on a garbage network. Don't get me wrong either... there seem to be no decent alternatives.

It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I am currently experiencing a profound sense of helplessness due to the negative attitudes and lack of care exhibited by Karen and the former supervisor towards clients. My lines are frequently mixed up in an attempt from them to obtain a bonus for Christmas. This has negatively impacted both my FICO score and my relationship, as we argue frequently about the numerous bills that continue to arrive despite our consistent payment of all our lines of credit. Karen established temporary "phone number lines" for all five of my phones solely for the purpose of receiving payment and then intentionally causing me financial harm by issuing double bills. This issue remains unresolved to this day since November 2023. Now, she is attempting to shift the blame onto Costco representatives, despite the fact that she herself switched the services when I purchase the lines with Costco, claiming it would result in a more favorable arrangement. It is simply a matter of causing significant damage or failure. I am submitting a complaint to OAG.CA.GOV. I am determined to obtain a refund, as they hold an unwarranted belief in their superiority. I try to left the company service and the manager refuses to give me my prior phones back claiming they are gone! on top of that he wants to charge me penalties for leaving the service.

Had a great experience at this location, I had an issue with a Xbox controller, I first thought that I was going to get the run around even though the controller was 2wks old, to my surprise there was no hassle and the exchange was supper easy. I felt like a valued customer. Great job! needless to say I left the store very happy.. This store has a great staff!

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away from this store as I talked to 3 associates and and a manager, and all 3 were very rude and unhelpful. I even called Verizon customer service on the phone and they were telling me they needed to talk to the associates and the associate told me she couldn't do anything and would not speak with the customer service rep on the phone. He was shocked hearing this as he was on speaker phone. The in store people charged me a new line, added perks I did not ask for, and all I went in for was an even exchange on a watch that's battery was defective. I went in prior to my 30 day return/exchange windows. I have been with Verizon 17 years and this is how they treat their customers. I'll be switching carries. STAY AWAY.

I am pleased to say that the experience was both easy and fast. I was extremely happy to have such a knowledgeable specialist working at this location.

I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years and I can say the reason for it is their great employees. Me and my daughter came in to find a simple solution to fix our phone issues. But thanks to Matthew, Jose and Ramon we left with more then just a simple solution. We left with great customer service and a smile. Thank you verizon for hiring these gentlemen they were truly the best.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't crazy busy. We were assisted by Anthony, he was professional, honest, thorough and fast. Normally I'm not a fan of going into a phone store to do anything because it stresses me out but it was a very painless experience. Becky was the manager on duty and she was also super sweet/friendly and we were chatting to pass the time. Love this Verizon location, thanks for delivering superior customer service

This is my go-to Verizon store. I want to give a special shout out to Naomi. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I recently lost my husband and I came in to return his cell phone and transfer his iPad to my name. Naomi looked at my account and updated it to include iCloud storage, Apple TV and Apple Music amenities plus lowered my bill! She was able to get me $40 credit because I was being charged for cellular on the iPad but the cellular wasn't turned on! She made a suggestion to register to ZAGG to replace the screen protector which was scratched and offered to replace the new one for free. She helped me sync all my devices and was so kind, patient and professional at all times. I know there are other things she did and want to acknowledge her outstanding customer service. Thank you Naomi, you're a rock star!

Don't expect professional and curtioushelp from this location. They are humanrobots that can't function outside theirprogramming. You are going to waste so much time every time you have to visit the store for returns, troubleshooting, questions, purchases, and soforth. When you buy their phones, you are going to walk out with a new 3 year contract if you want to save on the cost of the phone. You will also be charged a restocking fee for any new defective phone that you choose to return during the first 30 days. When you do the numbers, you are going to realize that it's all a marketing tactic in which you are not saving any money. You are way better off buying your phone and supplies through other channels such as Bestbuy, where you can purchase items on sale without any marketing scams or a long-term contract.

The manager, Ramon, gave us some of the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. We went in to buy new phones on an existing line, with current phones about 3 years old. When we were at the purchase stage, the salesman told us it would be $35 for an "upgrade fee." We asked for him to waive it, since it is not an upgrade to pay full price for a new phone on a line with a phone over 2 years. The manager, Ramon, came over with a bad attitude from the beginning. We told him we are unhappy to be charged $35 for just buying the phone, and that we are unhappy at this hidden fee only told at time of purchase. He started to argue with us about every word we said. Eventually, we acquiesced, agreeing that we'll call Verizon later about the fee. We started to continue our purchase with the first salesman and the manager went away. Then, suddenly the guard came out and told us we should leave. CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 27 YEARS. WORST SERVICE. DO NOT GO.
