Chi was an absolute sweetheart. I rarely go to the post office, but when I do, it's an absolute drag. BUT THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT.Like I said, Chi was so helpful and even recommended a different post office if I did not want to pay the $1.50 fee for printing labels.NO LINES | LOTS OF PARKING | LOVELY STAFFCan't beat that.

Giving 5 stars for many reasons! Needed toMail an important document that has been a hassle with other usps branches. Unfortunately, by the time I get off work all usps are already closed except for this gem of a place I found on yelp! It was my first time here and everyone that worked here was so great and welcoming. They were very attentive and helpful! I was directed to Chie and she is the best! She helped me and even went the extra mile to do so! Though this is a bit far from where I live, the great service and no lines makes it worth it. Will definitely be coming back.

You know how going to the post office usually sucks? Understaffed, overworked, long lines, no sense of urgency, no customer service?? Well, this is the exact opposite of all of that... parking is super easy, no lines (at most there has only ever been one other customer), super helpful and friendly staff who check best pricing/shipping options for you... it's just a better experience, top to bottom. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for an alternative to the Lakewood Post Office this is the place. Never a line, great service. This place is prefect if you sell items online and need a trustworthy place to drop off a package. Plus they carry supplies like priority boxes and shipping labels. Couldn't recommend it more.

If I'm not shipping international. All my s&h within the states, I do my business at this location. "chie" is always helping me with all my shipping needs. She is amazing. I highly recommend all my services here!
