A veritable treasure trove of vintage and new workwear. Very much appreciated Sam for helping me find the perfect pair of Dickies that fit like a glove. It was also a lot of fun to dig through their embroidered name patch catch-all bin, but there are organized names if you're looking for any name in particular! I'm glad my friend recommended UWC to me. Thank you again, Sam!

My two-star review is based on my single visit to this store. The establishment was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The initial impression of customer service was positive, especially given the charismatic and well-spoken store owner. However, my low rating stems from a customer service experience that did not meet my expectations.I visited the store to purchase several items, including a couple of pairs of white pants. It wasn't until a few days later that I discovered the pants' true size was 36 inches, despite the tag advertising 38 inches. When I returned to the store to explain the situation to the store manager, who remembered my purchase, I was informed that I could only exchange the items. Unfortunately, they didn't have my correct size, or even a 40-inch waist, in stock. This left me with no choice but to exchange the items for something I didn't initially need or keep the ill-fitting pants, essentially losing what I paid for them.Given that the store manager provided me with these limited options, I expected her to consider making an exception to her no-refund policy. After all, it was the product's defective sizing that led to my mistake in the first place. Despite my insistence on this point, she reacted with offense and some frustration. In the end, I exchanged the defective items for a more expensive version of the white pants with the correct sizing and left the store feeling that my needs as a customer were not considered or negotiated effectively.I believe that a more customer-oriented approach, such as addressing the sizing issue, could have improved my experience. Instead, the manager seemed to deflect responsibility and insisted that I should have tried the pants on before purchasing them. Regrettably, I won't be returning to do business with this establishment in the future.

I was in town for a couple days, stumbled upon this hidden gem. The owner and employees are so helpful and nice. Store was clean and organized so well. I found a couple of Redkap items. They have a great selection. Definitely check them out.

To expensive. Used clothing should be cheaper the pricing at that store is a little to much. I will say very friendly service just to expensive.

The Lady who helped us was amazing and on point .Our first time there and she knew exactly what size to get for my son and was very sweet to us.Would definitely be going back if I need to and recommend others.

Wonderful service, me and my friend we’re hoping to buy stuff for Halloween costumes and we called to make sure they had it but they were closing in 10 minutes. They remained open for 45 minutes later to ensure that we got the stuff we needed for our costumes and overall an incredible experience!
