I went to put money into a joint checking account and this rude lady threw my card like a piece of crap . Her name Maricelia or Maicela anyways she's rude . I won't be dealing with people like that . I held my tongue but next I won't .

The bank teller was nice and professional. Advice me of some the services that are provided. I also liked that the location closes at 7pm since it's inside Vons. I will defend return to cash my checks. Keep up the great customer service

ALL ATM are always non functional on the daily. I can never log in to my account on my phone. Always says they are having difficulties. It's 2019

I did not have a good experience here. Be careful when they have any promotions because not even the managers know the full details. I signed up when they had the 75 dollar promotion to open an account. It took me about 3-4 months to get the money back. Also all transactions last a long time on pending. Their staff were all very friendly and patient. The problem is that if management cant convey details to their employees then how are they going to know how to inform the consumers.

Stopped by to open a new checking account this week and the gentleman who set it up for me, Jason Q., was both congenial and helpful. There's a Starbucks right by them if you need a boost while you wait. Interesting & convenient location!

I have been a loyal, satisfied - and good and responsible - customer of U. S. Bank for 16-1/2 years but, after the way I was treated by Tanya, the manager of the U. S. Bank branch in the Vons Market on Ximeno Ave., I would have only myself to blame if I gave them the opportunity to treat me so poorly again, so will be moving my accounts to another bank. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I made a deposit after being assured by the teller (who checked with the manager) there would be no hold. The manager nonetheless put a 9-day hold on my deposit without notifying me, resulting in three embarrassing overdrafts. I discovered this a few days later. I asked the teller to request the hold be cleared, but the manager refused. (She also said she'd put a hold on a new deposit I was making, although it was from Bank of America here in Long Beach so I had to go to BofA physically, get cash, and make a cash deposit.) I contacted the district office, and the district representative said she'd release the hold if I sent her a screen shot showing the check had cleared the other institution, which I did within hours. She did nothing. Very time consuming, embarrassing, and humiliating. Good riddance, U.S. Bank!

i came here to open my business account and shamim helped me to activate my account. she was very nice and friendly. she explained everything with details. i will definitely go back to this branch.

worst branch in the world. must be where they put the new hires. competent people leave asap. nothing left but rude, stupid people, including real j*** mgr. wait forever, no one else around. screw up 90% of tim, then u get to go back (yay!!) and have another wait while they call hq and undo their damage. can't leave em as my mortgage got bot by these creeps. no way i would choose them!

Pirates! If you do not have a account there they charged you 7 dollars and run you through the ringer. Then they team up on you asking well where do you bank? B**** that's my business not your! DO NOT GO HERE!

I just opened a new account yesterday at this location. Service was amazing, prompt, and friendly. Andreina was great and answered all of my questions. She didn't rush me out of the office but yet was very to the point and professional. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I hope to keep her as my personal banker and am looking forward to my banking experience with US Bank. Thanks!

Not friendly at all!!!!! Every time I go pay my car payment the guy that's working has a huge attitude. I believe his name is Nak I don't understand why work in customer service if you are such a unhelpful condescending person. I have a credit card and car loan through this bank and will never do business with US bank again because of him.

I like this branch because I'm not an overly involved bank customer. I have a checking account with direct deposit. I go here because the hours are convenient for working folks and there's rarely a wait. If you need to get a loan, or something more involved than a straightforward deposit or withdrawl, then go to a full branch. Don't even ask these guys about current interetst rates. Keep it simple and we will all be rewarded with expeditous service. I'm just saying...
