Update. They do nothing or rectify theft. Package was never properly processed and they take no responsibility and hand this theft off to third party insurance that never follows through.
I will be more than happy to eat these following words if this gets resolved properly and with professionalism and accountability…..
Dropped off a set of golf clubs in a travel case to be delivered to another state. They created a label and secured it to the case and said they will be there in 3 days. That was 10 days ago and they are now missing. They never got processed past “creating a label” which was completed in front of me. They take zero responsibility after they go missing/get picked up? Zero protocols to protect the consumer or them. “Sorry the driver picked them up we did our job” Still a pending operation/conclusion needed, but they stated just because you said they were golf clubs doesn’t me anything to them and the value to them is $1 dollar. Very shady and seems par for the course these days around society. Use FedEx I guess. Don’t be fooled, this is not owned by UPS. I was mistaken, these are privately owned for profit businesses affiliated with shipping parcels only. It’s been a phone call nightmare to get to this point of still having no answers and no accountability. Just sorry sir we did everything right and go chase a third party insurance claim.

For years, I had my UPS packages routed here to avoid having them taken by porch pirates. I was able to pick up packages, whether they were listed in my or my wife's name. This was working out well with the helpful staff until I encountered the rude, old guy.
I went to pick up a package listed under my wife's name (I would always show ID to the staff to confirm we have the same address and last name) and the rude, older guy yelled and said " The staff should have never given you any of those packages!" His coworkers looked at him shocked and surprised.
That guy ruined it for me and I'll never be back. You're better off going to the Postal Annex at 6510 E. Spring Street, where they offer more services and the staff are great!

Honestly I got to say this ups store has been a great experience especially when comparing to others in the area. Always have more than one staff available to help. Mary and Caiden and the entire are great and willing to help!

I am very sure of this UPS Store that they buy their Printer ?️ Ink and the papers ? from Planet Mars - Which is why charge $5.00 for printing a small UPS label ?️. Shame on the owner. I found the very next UPS Store charges only $.50 Cents. Therefore it is better to go to a UPS Store that buys their Printing Ink and the papers from Planet Earth ?.

UPS needs to know about this shady franchisee. Printing one black and white page is over $5?!

Excellent customer service as they are a franchise for ups and have little control on what ups does with the package after it leaves their store

This store seems to have constant turnover of inexperienced or poorly trained employees. The wait times can be extensive, and there are frequently too few staff for the volume of customers. It used to be more consistent, but a recent experience caused me extra trips, time and trouble due to their errors with Amazon returns. I had four orders to return. I was told I would have to pay for a large box ($10+) for chair cushions. I do t understand why Amazin says you can return items without packaging, only to be gouged by UPS. I took the items back home to find a suitable box. The young man (new to me) who processed my returns screwed up every one of the. He printed a return label for the cushions, which triggered the return process with Amazon and I received an email telling me that the refund was pending their receipt of the cushions, which I had brought home. I took them back in my own box and explained what had happened, and instead of trying to correct their mistake, they told me I had to contact Amazon and request a new label. But wait, there’s more: I had ordered four pairs of socks that were shipped in three different packages. All were too large, so I printed the three return codes and put all in one bag. I told the young man that there were three different orders in that bag, which he acknowledged. But I later received an email telling me that only one pair was refunded. He had failed to print labels for the other two orders, instead combining all four pair under one label. Again, refusal by the UPS store to remedy the situation. Had to call again and spend another 20 minutes explaining the errors to start a refund.
Overall, I find UPS stores bad places if you want good or even satisfactory service. One UPS store in Seal Beach charged me a dollar for a piece of tape! The UPS store nearest to my home is run by two rude women who ignore people if they are having a break, although sitting in plain view. Where to go for competency?

I can't believe the negative comments. This store provides the expected jobs with helpful, pleasant employees. What else could you ask for?

Went in on Friday morning to ship a parcel of perishable baked goods to send to a family member for their birthday. Told them it needed to ship quickly due to the contents of the package. They informed us that because there was a holiday the following week (5 days away) they UPS would be unable to ship it themselves, and they would ship it for us through USPS, and it might not ship that Friday. They charged us over $155. They didn't even make the shipping label until 5:30 that evening, even though we left it with them at 10:30 in the morning. The following day came, and it package still hadn't left their facility. We called to see what was going on, and we informed that our package might not ship until Monday. That would mean we would be paying over $155 for expedited shipping, only for it to take almost a week for our perishable items to arrive at their destination. We had to go and get our package back, and they refused to refund our money, stating it was store policy. We would have to wait 7-21 days to get a refund not from them, but from USPS. Well, we didn't give our money to USPS, we gave our money to the UPS Store. So we asked for the number to their corporate offices, and the girl behind the counter tried to deny us the phone number. Another person in the store eventually gave us the phone number. Our package was never shipped, because our money was not returned. It was a huge hassle, and all of our efforts to do something nice for someone's birthday were ruined. I will never go back, or recommend this place to anyone. If they couldn't fulfill their obligations, they should have been up front about it to begin with.

Worst customer service other. Should probably pay attention doing your job before charging for something that didn't need to be done. Will never use that store again. I hope my package gets where it needs to be.
