Honestly I got to say this ups store has been a great experience especially when comparing to others in the area. Always have more than one staff available to help. Mary and Caiden and the entire are great and willing to help!

Excellent customer service as they are a franchise for ups and have little control on what ups does with the package after it leaves their store
