Disgusted at this UPS location, i waited in line for over 20 minutes while the worker (asian lady) chatted away with a white older male, finally when my turn was next i wasnt even greeted instead as soon as i stated i wanted to drop off a return i was told by the worker that she couldnt help me out due to my return label not being printed out, instead of receiving customer service like the white male, i got sent out by her and dismissed. Nice job hiring racist workers and amazing job at dismissing clients in need of shipping needs.

Wonderful experience all-around! When I got there I was behind 2 other people and the lady who helped all of us was not only extremely nice, but she was super efficient. I was in and out in under around 3 minutes. Would gladly come back here again!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The owner is rude doesn’t greet you and or apologize for length of wait because she is by herself and doesn’t hire anyone to assist her. I will reporting her to corporate an awful representation of the ups brand.

Dropped off some packages and they charged me for some tape. Never had a UPS charge for a couple of strips of packing tape. Ridiculous.

Their customer service is not the best. Charging me extra to borrow your tape for a small piece of your tape? Very cheap!! I am happy that i dont live in this area and dont need to come back here.

Poor customer service and rude employees, I tried calling for 10 minutes straight to let them know id be a minute late but they can't be bothered to answer the phone so when I got there 1 min late she wouldn't let me in

I've had to use this location for drop-offs a few times. With the staples on PCH closing, I'm going to have to visit this store more frequently and I am absolutely dreading it. Whoever is behind the counter is always friendly however, there is ZERO urgency in anything they do. Long conversations with customers while other people are in line is not acceptable. Nobody wants to visit a UPS store and we all just want to get out of there as soon as possible. Cut out the chit-chat and this place will be much better. I also plan on reaching out to UPS to let them know because if you're visiting this place 4 times a week, you should be able to get your packages scanned and out the door as quickly as possible.

I live closer to the UPS Store on 2nd St but I prefer to give my business to this location.
My experiences with dropping off packages to be shipped has been consistently easy.
