I had a fantastic experience at Ulta today, thanks to Kaley! I arrived a bit earlier than expected to pick up my online order, which wasn’t quite ready. However, Kaley went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have to wait long. Her friendly and helpful attitude truly made my day.
Kaley not only got my order ready quickly but also took the time to assist me with a cologne question I had. Her knowledge and willingness to help were impressive, and I left the store feeling valued as a customer.
Because of Kaley’s exceptional service, I’m definitely planning to come back to this location more often. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personable staff, and I’m grateful for the wonderful experience she provided. Thank you, Kaley!

I stopped by here and was having trouble with one of the coupons that had been emailed to me. Vanessa helped me and was able to get everything sorted out. I really appreciate that! Also props to the cashier who was helping me at first, you're appreciated as well.

Went in for a haircut with Adrian she did such an amazing job! So thoughtful and lots of communication about look we decided on. Cut off about 5 in and added some layers. She’s an absolute rockstar!!!

I finally tried the salon and had the absolutely best experience with Alexander. My hair looks amazing and he had the best personality, was super attentive, friendly, communicative with what he was going and why, and provided overall great service. Everyone, from the team was friendly, including a manager who helped me when I first got to the store down to the cashier who rung me up. You could tell everyone worked as a team. But Alexander was the show stopper. I almost fell asleep during my shampoo, it was so relaxing. Even getting my hair blow dried was relaxing, which is normally not the case. The blow dryer he used had a comb/brush, but not before layering it with proper heat protectant. I will be rebooking.On another note, this was my first Ulta salon experience. It was a great one, and I had reservations prior, but saw some videos online that encouraged me. It’s something to be said about getting your hair done and ALL the products are arms length away, reasonably priced, your stylist treats you like a friend and like they want to do your hair.

came here today and had a really great experience with the staff, specifically russell (v cute pink inner corner) and jess (loved her graphic wing liner). russell was so helpful and sweet! helped me get everything i needed, checked the back for stock, and gave me tips on how to order online. jess was also very nice at checkout!

I’m an RN working 12+ hour shifts, 7am to 730pm. I order from this Ulta LBX as it’s on my way home from work. Last week, Tuesday March 19th evening, I placed a pick up order for the next day March 20th after I got off work so I could have when I was to leave out of town the next morning. I arrived shortly after 8pm on Wednesday (still in my scrubs) and the doors were locked. Store hours showed open until 9pm, but there was a tacky white piece of paper with different hours next to the professional labeled sign on the glass window. The workers inside just looked at me, as I said “I just need to pick up my order”, and said “we’re closed” pointing to the taped white paper sign. I left out town the following morning for the next 3 days, and returned to work for another two 12+ hour shifts. This morning, Tuesday March 26th, I arrived at the store at 10am to pick up my order, hoping open hours weren’t changed to different time too. But now my order wasn’t there. I asked how long orders are held, the gal said “5 days and then are returned”. Will never shop there again!! Too bad they don’t understand how real working women are busy with careers that matter and couldn’t even help me with getting me my order the week before. So much for appreciating First Responders-Health Care Providers.

It just felt like I was wondering around the store for ten minutes without any help. Kinda sucked. I’m glad another customer helped me out..maybe it’s because I’m not white or fair skinned ??

The quality of service in the salon was AMAZING my expectations were superseded by the care that was giving while my son was getting his hair dyed and while I was getting my hair cut. The ladies were amazing Maytee and Jennifer are really good stylist. Will definetly come back

Ulta customer service isn’t the same anymore. Associates do not acknowledge your presence. It’s very rare to receive genuine assistance. Associates lack of knowledge in the products they sell make it really difficult to truly invest. One of the main reasons I loved this place was because of the exceptional customer service and expertise. This location is my most recent encounter of an unpleasant experience.

I had my credit card stolen and someone came into the store and used all my money on my card and the manager told me they aren't required to check ID'S for purchases if the person has the physical credit card with them. It's ridiculous that they don't use typical security steps to protect people from fraud like checking ID for credit card purchases on large over threshold purchases. Anyone could be holding a stolen credit card.

Come in frequently in the afternoon service is pretty average but today I came in the evening the girls in the register ignored me while they had a conversation about their coworker as soon as I walked up the lady told me to that she would help me then continued with her conversation with her co worker while I waited another min or two I’m all about customer service and this was terrible ? they need to train their associates
