These guys say, they have a physical location in Long Beach, but they aren’t even here, I think they’re from out of town. In any case, poor service all around.

We had a wonderful experience with this company during our move from West Hollywood to Long Beach. They were professional, quick, and all four of them were exceptionally kind gentlemen. Andre and his crew were considerate with our furniture and went above and beyond to get our king size box spring 3 floors up over 2 balconies. Twilight Movers really came through for me. I needed someone fast to help move some things. I called and called, but no one could come the same day and everyone had much higher rates.Andrei was able to come right away, the same morning I called, for a good price. He came promptly, was very pleasant and professional, and carefully moved exactly what I needed moved. There is no way I could ask for more. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone! Extremely shady and untrustworthy. They packed and moved my apartment a few months ago and I haven’t had time to leave a review. It was my mom and I and they sent us to movers who didn’t listen to anything we said, were slow and broke a few of our items. Then they were argumentative, with poor attitudes and when my mom complained the owner he took their side. No apologies for us. They even took things to the storage I asked him to throw away and then said they would charge extra to dispose of it after they brought the items to the storage which they weren’t supposed to. I was charged more than quoted and had horrible help with an attitude! At the storage that I rent from the owner was so upset with the way they were treating us that he got involved and told one of the movers that they were being rude and ripping us off. They were moving extremely slow and purposely wasting time because I was being charged by the hour.

I used Twilight Movers in June 2019 and I am glad I did. They responded fast and professional. Andre and Max, at the office, were helpful and the crew (Dork, Lorenzo and Eric) were just great. They worked high pace and were careful and friendly. I packed in advance but they even re-packed a couple of things where necessary.I have moved through Europe and the USA many times before. As (any) movers wear heavy protective shoes and use equipment with rubber tires, I did prepare well and used protective paper on the floors, stairs and on the walls of the stairs to the front door and I recommend to do so.I left at some point to drive ahead to my new address and they kept me posted on the progress. They also let me know when they checked out to have lunch, when they started driving and when they were 15 minutes away.Excellent service!

Twilight Movers were absolutely fantastic. The whole team of movers were very professional, courteous, and fast. True to their words, all the furniture was wrapped up properly. I wasn't sure my bed would fit out of my old apartment and was fully prepared to trash it, but they were determined to move it. They safely disassembled and then re-assembled it for me (couldn't have worked out better). Things were dropped off at all the right places in our new house. They kept great communication and the main office's customer service was also very helpful.Thanks again, guys!
