First as a husband that couch is very comfortable while your wife is shopping around. It was very welcoming the staff was very helpful. On our first trip in we didn't end up purchasing anything. But my wife was interested in a certain sweater. They got her number down added her to some type of list. When the sweater came back into stock she got a text message. We just happened to be on our way to a Tasting Room a few doors down from this store. So we decided to stop in check it out. On Second Glance my wife did not like the sweater. But they had a jacket that caught both of our eyes. We ended up getting that jacket. It was around $110 seemed a little high but the quality was there.

Great shop especially for gifts. Beautiful selection of jewelry. Karen (owner) and Mindy (Manager) are the best and sweetest, most helpful people you'll ever meet.

This is my absolute favorite store on earth!! I have been to other Twig and Willow type stores and it's just not the same. Somehow Twig and Willow manages to find the best home decor items. I have been going there for years and I always find such cute things. I also love coming because Mindy is always so friendly and accommodating. She makes you feel like you have a personal shopper lol. The owner isn't that friendly but I'll continue to support her small business anyways. Thanks to Twig and Willow my home decor is so cute. I always get so many compliments on their items!

Yes, a great place for jewelry but unfortunately not so great if you have a question or concern about that jewelry after you purchase it. A few weeks ago I purchased a pair of Lisa Marie Rough earrings that are so darn pretty however I was unable to get that particular style of hook through my ear lobe. I sent Twig & Willow (Atlantic Ave store) an email through their website asking for help by contacting the designer and ask if the hook could be changed or if they would recommend another local designer that I could contact so that maybe that person would be able to change the hook. After waiting about 3 weeks for a response I stopped by the store and talked with a very nice person that said she was not able to help me but took my name, email address and phone number and said she would ask the manger to contact me the following day. It's been 1 week and I'm still waiting for someone, anyone from Twig & Willow to contact me.

They lost a sale, possibly two, because they didn't open on time. I knew what I wanted to buy and showed up a little before 11 and waited for them to open. At a little after 11 I knocked on the window and a nice woman came out from the back. She explained how she is from marketing and can't work the register. The person who was supposed to work the register was late. We waited 5, 10 minutes and finally left. There was another woman waiting who also left. I have two little babies at home and was able to get away for a few minutes to run this errand, which is why I was not able to wait around for the employee to show up. Very disappointing.

Giving two stars because I used to come here and purchase cute jewelry and would go home so happy with my purchase. Haven't been here in about a year and recently I went in and noticed none of the workers were friendly at all, not ONE hello/hi as I shopped around. I have seen the owner because i do follow there instagram page but she wasn't friendly at all that day either you would think she would be nice because she's running the place but she fell along with her workers as well. I even felt more weird like I didn't belong when she didn't acknowledge me but said hello to other customers and asked how they were doing? Makes me wonder.....! But anyways I won't be stopping here anymore because of their vibes! Bye-bye

Twig & Willow is such a great boutique with clothing, jewelry, and accessories that make perfect gifts for yourself or for your friends. I usually stock up on trendy dresses and skirts here. I also find a lot of great items on the sales rack in the back whenever I go.The people that work here have always been so kind and helpful. Whenever I feel like going to a store to try on clothes (which is not often) it’s usually here. I do a lot of online shopping- which Twig & Willow has- but sometimes it’s fun to see the clothes in person and see how it looks while wearing in one of their giant mirrors in the changing rooms.

I hadn't really seen my mother in over a year and it was my birthday. She came to visit me and brought me a gift from Twig & Willow. She felt comfortable going into a store to purchase a gift for me, which was a huge deal after everything we have all been through this past 1+ year.
