Truecarpros is a very good company thats here to help you get the car you want, I've been dealing with Kendrick for a minute and wasn't use to the used car side of truecarpros.

OMG!!!! What an amazing company, Kendrick over at Truecarpros assisted with getting me out of my old clunker into an new and improved ride that safe for me and my daughter , not to mention its a hybrid!! just in time for these ridiculous gas prices. I felt like he really listened to my needs and did not try to force me into a vehicle that wasn't right for me or my pockets like others had tried in the past. WORK WITH HIM !!! Thank you Kendrick!!!

This business is a joke. Great for those who don't care about getting a quality car. So my understanding is that you can purchase a car from their select sites which are set up through their searches to meet your needs but you cannot physically see the vehicle or test drive in person unless purchasing a car. But, you have 7 days/250 miles to return the vehicle if it's not up to your standards AFTER you take a huge dent in your credit. Makes sense... good luck.

Truecarpros is a Godsend!!! Kendrick did all of the heavy lifting to get me into my first electric car and first lease. This was all done keeping me in my budget and desired style/model of cars. Ladies, avoid all of the sexist BS that still sadly exists at car dealerships and work with Kendrick to get your next car. Like an idiot, I thought I could go in my own and do the car shopping on my own. I experienced lame sexism at all three dealerships I visited. Kendrick was respectful and connected us with dealership team members who were also respectful. Work with Kendrick for your next auto purchase or lease. I will never approach another auto purchase or lease without Kendrick leading the way.

Thanks to Kendrick, I was able to drive home in my brand new 2021 E-Class. He's very patient, down to earth, and knows the car game inside out. At times, I was a pain to deal with, but Kendrick remained calm and walked me through the process. He's the MAN!!!

Huge scammer! STAY AWAY . He claims to pay your car payment if you recommend people. He thought I wasn't in touch with the person I recommended, I knew they bought the car but he claimed they never showed up. BEWARE.

It was such a wonderful experience going through the leasing experience. Kendrick Thomas was very patient with all of our questions and walked us through the whole process from the time we drove onto the lot until we left with our new vehicles. Terrible car deal, signed for my car at 12.29% Stay away from this broker. No one coerced me into this review, I am not with Cindy I am a previous customer. Honestly,I regret having made my purchase with Kendrick at that time I thought I was signing up to a good deal but wasn't informed by him of the high apr. Of course why would he if he gets a cut. Of course he would call me a liar if it means he gets to scam more people. I am only taking the time to write this to inform others.
