The lube technicians were very courteous, and show me things that might be protential problems down the road. I think that was very good customer service thank you Tres Estrellas Lube.

I was hauling freight through California and found myself in Long Beach needing an oil change. I did a Google search and came across this business and read several of the reviews that spoke very highly about their experience with Tres Estrellas, so I went there for my service. I was really pleasantly surprised at how fast, efficient, and friendly their whole team was. They wasted no time at all getting to work on my rig and professionally explained all of their services and verified which of those services I would be having them perform. They completed the work without delay, and even checked a couple of things for me that I asked them to, and didn't charge anything extra for going above and beyond what was promised. They charged a very reasonable price for their services, and I left their shop really glad that I had found them. About 30 minutes after leaving, they called me and asked if I could come back because they discovered a seal on their shop floor that they suspected might have been from my oil filter. I turned around and went back to their shop, and after inspecting my truck they determined that it was in fact from my truck, and their telephone call to me likely saved me from a real problem down the road. Some might think that they should have caught the problem before I left, but in all sincerity how many places would have the courage or the level of care to even make that phone call? I suspect that few shops (if any) would have even noticed the seal, and even fewer would care enough to look up my number and call. When I left the first time I was impressed. When I was called to come back I ended up blown away by the level of care and concern for my vehicle and their protection of their reputation as well! These guys are awesome! I wish all truck service shops were trained to the degree these guys are, and cared even to half the degree of the employees at this shop. I won't hesitate to visit Tres Estrellas next time I am in the area. In fact, I'll be sure to go out of my way to have them service my rig! Thank you Tres Estrellas for being the best at what you do, and especially for caring!

Since the bus service is called "tres estrellas," how can anyone give it five stars or one stars? Indeed, as the others have stated, sometimes the service is excellent, but other times it is terrible. It just depends on the day and the driver. Sometimes they are punctual, and other times you have to wait for more than half an hour. Enough said.
