The owner and staff are clearly passionate about music. Always super friendly and down to just chat about music or how some of these records found themselves at this store.
I was able to find a vinyl record for a band I was convinced only I knew and I was absolutely stoked they had it. Definitely a must if you're looking to buy some vinyl records.

Top choice for vinyl in Long Beach in my opinion. Their collection is curated, so you won't find a wide selection in every single genre, but it appeals to multiple different tastes & they often have rare records. The prices are always fair, and I've seen the employees research market value on the spot to accommodate their customers. They are always honest about the condition of their merchandise & will happily let you play-test in-store. Andy, Izzy, and Zac are all super helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we visit. They let us know when they expect to drop more records & even remember specific tastes of ours and other customers, also going above and beyond to help anyone looking for something specific. I love sporting my Toxic Toast tote bag to show off my love for them & as a result often refer people here.

It's well organized. They have a good mix of used and new, prices are pretty fair. I go in for the city pop which they have a good selection and they also have good selection of anime video game OST

actually decent selection of japanese imports instead of like that one red jazz album and 5 other albums i do t remember that every record store has . ska category in the tapes and records (win) . had a good selection of game soundtracks. i think the owner was at thr counter? was a nice guy . favorite record store ive been to in cali .

By far my favorite record store, ever. One of the employees, Zachary, is kind and knowledgable, especially when it comes to extreme music genres (black metal, power electronics, etc) and the gems you will find here are far beyond anything you'll find in other local record stores if you're a serious collector. First time I went I found a Velvet Cacoon LP in incredible condition and I was sold. Not to mention he has a side project in which he sells even more obscure/underground bands. The whole staff is also easy and fun to talk to as well as a wealth of knowledge. 1000% recommended.

If it’s the same company that posts on eBay, beware. They’ll post products on eBay. If they don’t sell for what they want, they’ll cancel the order, leaving the customer waiting for 2-3 days for a refund. Beware.

One of my favorite places to get Japanese pressings and imported Japanese music. The associates in the store are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. They even take requests as far as finding things you're looking for to bring them to the store

I visited a few years ago.
It's an interesting place with lots of T-shirts, records, especially Japanese records with obi bands. The owner can speak Japanese, which is helpful.
There is a live performance space next to the store, so be sure to check the schedule when you visit and enjoy the live music as well as shopping.
