“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”
“Pacific Tire is awesome! I went to this tire shop to have my front tire and rim fixed, which I had damaged by bumping into the barrier on the road. I expected that I might have been charged more than $300. Luckily, the tire was fine and just needed air pumped in. The rim was hopelessly damaged. Since they didn't have any used rim that fit my tire, they worked hard to fix the dent on the rim and put it back on. The service took less than 30 minutes and charged me only $20. They were nice and friendly. I highly recommend Pacific Tire!”

“I had such a great experience here! Jordan helped me and represents this business well. A couple things really stood out to me. They honor their quotes, they will pay for an Uber to take you home and back vs. having to wait for your vehicle, and they overall just make getting an oil change a pleasant experience!
While I was waiting, another customer came in to bring the staff a box of treats to thank them for helping her out. This says SO MUCH about a tire/auto shop.

“AJ Tires supports their local community! They offer discounts to the the nurses who work across the street at Long Beach Memorial, and they allowed nurses to use their employee restroom while they were on strike. The hospital wasn't allowing nurses to use the restroom. So, AJ tires has my business. I feel better supporting a small business that gives back to their community rather than Walmart or something.”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“I had a great experience with Orozco's Auto Repair. During my recent oil change, their team took the extra time to thoroughly inspect my truck, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. They discovered that my ball joints were wearing out, which could have led to much more costly repairs if left unchecked. I'm grateful for their good eye and proactive approach in preventing potential issues. Highly recommend this shop for their honesty, professionalism, and quality service!”
“I learned about this place from my mechanic. This place may look off the wall but this is by far the best tire shop as far as prices, services, and honesty goes . I've gotten my tires and rims replaced here many times. Used tires they offer look like brand new tires that they would charge hundreds for in other places. If I had any issues like vibrations, no problem just come back and they fix it. It may seem intimidating if ur a single woman who knows nothing about cars coming to this place alone but trust, this is the best and they are absolutely professional here and they will never try to upsell you on anything. I personally will always come back as a regular customer”

“Ricky and his team to the rescue! I got my oil changed and alignment done at another shop a month ago and the car was driving funny, it veered to the right all the time, car was shaky. I took that issue back to that shop and they wanted to charge me again to fix! So I came here by a referral. Got 4 new tires for my baby, Risky test drive the car after he did everything, and it was back to normal! He even taught us some valuable stuff about the tire system, showed the testing paper for us to understand. Will be back again for any tires need!”

“I had a tire running super low on air & lost the valve cap. It had a nail. Repaired in less than 10 minutes for $22. They were nice, fast & super friendly. Even though another associate spoke English, proud of myself for busting out my No Sabo Spanish & was able to converse (I'm not Latina, btw). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! =)”

Reasonable prices for used tires. I paid $100.00 for two front tires. They were pretty quick. Good customer service if you need tires they are on Martin L. King and Hill in LB Check em out! “Got a flat tire driving on the 91 freeway, I googled tire shop near me and came here. They checked my car right away and turns out I had 2 nails one old and the new one that gave me flat tire. Didn’t know if it was patchable but Jaime did some job and got it patched up! Thank god I didn’t have to buy a new one. Honest tire shop definitely recommend!”
