My experience at Timmons Subaru was extremely efficient, straight forward and smooth, even choosing to buy my car on Labor Day weekend. The team that helped me was kind, patient with my questions and helpful, making my experience very easy. I had previously visited another dealership that was unhelpful, but coming to Timmons was so much better. Curtis, Yulissa and Mike in the finance department were all super personable, and I look forward to bringing my car here for service appointments because of how easy they are to work with.

I had a very stressful experience with Timmons Subaru, specifically with a salesman Henry Park. I purchased a car that turned out to be defective, and I believe Henry knew about the issues but sold it to me anyway. This caused me months of stress and inconvenience. I find this level of dishonesty unacceptable and want to warn others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. I would not recommend buying from Timmons Subaru.

We had an exceptional experience at Timmos Subaru. And our sales representative Henry Park was the main reason. He was extremely helpful in ordering the perfect car for us. He listened to our likes and dislikes, and together we put together our dream Subaru. It’s my wife’s daily driver and she absolutely loves it. I get to drive it on the weekends, and I’m always impressed with the handling and quality of the car. I would without hesitation highly recommend Mr. Henry Park. Trust me, he is amazing.

Henry at Timmons is great. I recently emailed several dealerships to find the best price on a Crosstrek. He not only gave me the best deal, but did it with no shenanigans. While other dealers kept pressuring me to come into the store before giving me a price, Henry got straight to it. No nonsense and respectful, and gave me some useful tips as well.
Unfortunately they only had one in transit and we ended going with another dealer because we needed the car sooner. They refunded us for the reservation with absolutely no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Timmons and Henry again.

If you'd like to buy a Subaru make sure you come to Timmons Subaru. This is my first Subaru and Adela walked me through the whole process from selecting the correct Outback to working out some great numbers. Adela was patient and helpful. I will be coming back for my next Subaru.

By the way, this is Peter. Vinny is my brother-in-law. I was the one who discussed the purchase with Curtis Wilson, the Internet Sales Manager, on behalf of Vinny from start to end. Both Vinny and I were at your dealership to close the deal last Sunday.
Anyway, my experience with purchasing my vehicle from your dealership exceeded my expectations. Throughout the deal, Curtis was fantastic. He was accommodating, professional, and very responsive to my emails. He was (and still is) knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made my entire process starting from my first email to him and driving out of your dealer with my new Outback Premium smooth and stress-free. Keep up the good work, Curtis.
When we were at your dealership, the floor manager, AC (I believe that was his name) came out to meet us prior to seeing Miles in the finance department. Similar to Curtis, AC was very friendly and professional, no pressure sales. And then Miles... Unlike other finance people I had met & dealt with at other car dealers, Miles was very friendly & professional. He puts finance persons at other car dealers to shame.
In summary, the entire Subaru team who I met and worked with ROCK!!! Keep up the good work guys. I would highly recommend your dealer to anyone looking for a new Subaru car.

I recently purchased my new 2025 Subaru and had the most extraordinary experience because of salesman Henry Park and finance person Miles Custer. AAA referred me to Timmons Subaru of Long Beach and they were amazing. Both were exceptionally personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided immediate follow up service once I left the area. I felt as if I were the most importantly, valued customer. No pressure, listened and offered information. I absolutely recommend them to anyone anywhere with complete confidence.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!
The worst customer service. I prepaid and ordered a Crosstrek as they had none in stock and were backordered. I was told it would arrive in March. I advised the salesmen I would be leaving for a wedding trip abroad that would turn into a longer vacation. I was told I would be notified a few weeks before the car arrived and that we could handle paperwork via DocuSign should delivery be delayed as the car was for my mother.
Car didn't arrive when promised. I was at the airport leaving for Mexico City when the sales mamager Peter V. called and said I'd have to come in to do paperwork. I explained I was out of country and that the original salesman said DocuSign or paperwork could be delivered to me since the beginning. I was told the car could only be held until the next weekend so I booked a last minute flight for nearly $1000 the very next week. The said they could hold the car until Sunday. I advised them my flight would arrive last Friday night and I would be there Saturday to sign for the car.
I attend the wedding but cut my vacation short to come sign the paperwork. I advised them Friday as I head for my flight and Saturday morning. No response to any of my texts. I arrive at the dealership to be told by sales manager Peter V. that my car had been sold to another customer.. a car I had custom ordered and waited 5 months for. The car they told me I had to fly back to sign in person for. The car I just wasted the last 60% of my vacation for. I was told general manager Rocky had made the decision and there was nothing that could be done. I was told they would reorder the same car and I'd have to wait again but offered me a discount. I was told that it just had to be approved by this Rocky guy and that I'd be contacted the following week.
No one ever called and I reached out a few times to just get the run around how the general manager wasn't around to approve the discount. I was like pulling teeth to just get my deposit back. I had to threaten taking them to court.
EDIT: I emailed the sales manager, general manager and the general dealership email in a thread and later filed a complaint with the BBB all within a few months. The dealer had every opportunity to make this right, but they chose to be non-responsive on both fronts.
