I went in the store to exchange some pants for my son, they didn't have his size, but the nice young lady Taylor was so helpful. She helped us with the return and ordered the pants to be shipped all the while being very sweet and friendly. It is nice to see there are people out there that still have people skills.

The workers here are very nice. They provide great friendly customer service. Tilly's also has great deals all the time and their prices are comparable to their competitors. It's a very clean and organized store as well. I've always had good experiences here.

I came here to buy a sweatshirt… Not one employee welcomes me not one employee asked me if I needed assistance. As I was checking out I wanted to use my rewards and the employee that did not have her name visible she canceled my order she asked my for my email about five -7 times. She then threw away the tag for the sweatshirt I was buying and said that I couldn’t return anyways since I was wearing and not once did she say it was final sale, there’s no disclosure stating that the item I was buying was a final sale item. She was unprofessional and I couldn’t believe her check out was horrible asking so many times for my email smh. I do not recommend this store for their lack of professionalism and their employees just don’t care.

Good clothes but bad employees. The employees that worked at the cashier were unprofessional and judgemental as hell. After that experience I decided not to come here anymore and order online instead to avoid childish people.

Had a good first experience here today! They had a bunch of sales going on and a bunch of racks were 50% off the already marked price. I looked at a pair of jeans that were marked $25 but they were half off. They fit great, good quality, so I'm not sure why they were on the half off rack. Either way I'm happy and now I like Tillys more. Never really shopped here but now that I know they have really good deals maybe I will.

I went in there to get a backpack. I am horrible at making a choice on such things. The girls there we're as helpful as they were beautiful. I know the youngsters get a bad rap (oftentimes deserved) as far as their work ethic goes, but these girls were great.

They have some pretty good deals this time of year. I got 2 t shirts for $25 for little boys. They have a huge selection. Men's shirts were 2 for $30. Both great deals for Xmas gifts. The staff was new, but friendly. Very clean and organized store.

Terrible customer service. No help from staff in store. They especially ignore older customers. Clerks at cash register more interested in joking with each other than waiting on customers. A lot of merchandise would purchase, but I'm not going to beg for help. Won't shop here again.
