Thursday Night market, free 2 hr parking.Short block, not many vendors, smell of urine, few homeless sitting in the middle of the walkway.I decided to walk further toward Ocean Blvd, got some action from the bikers marathon and their bright fun lights and music.Was an experience to be out and about Thursday night.
