The lady that worked there told me that I could not have my backpacks in the laundromat. She was mad because I didn’t start my laundry as fast as she would like it. It was 6:30 in the morning was only two other people in there I don’t know what her problem was, after that, there was a lady that was washing and drying her clothes she left, and then came back, upset, thinking that we took her black sweater which we did not not. The staff was rude. They had open our backpacks to prove that we didn’t have it. Did it was embarrassing it was the rudest thing I’ve ever went through just because we had backpacks. They thought we Probably in her car and then the owner came in yelling at us saying that we dirty the place and we did not. I don’t even know what he was talking about. We were on our way out. I would never go there again. I will never go back there again they stereotyped us just because we had backpacks and we’re good people. They don’t even know it. We always clean up after ourselves. The workers the owner they’re all very bad people to treat others like that. I was never so humiliated in my entire life. I wouldn’t go back there. If you paid me that should sue them for the way they treat me. Shame on them I was brought up to treat people as I want. People to treat me very bad place bad management bad employees nice if they spoke some English.

I go there because it is the one closest to me, the machines have no warning whether they are useful or not, the clothes are always wet in the dryers. The coin changing machines swallow the bills and you have to wait more than an hour for the owner to deign to arrive to return the bill...

Machines are always out of service. If we complain about the machines the lady that works there just stares and doesn’t help, to refund the money and get another machine nor give any help. I speak Spanish and English I spoke both to her and she just ignore me. She is very unprofessional and is always talking to her friends and not doing her JOB!

Horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars!!! 1/2 of the machines don't work. It's an issue to get your money back (just to switch machines) after you explain that the washer doesn't work. They walk over, look at the machine, touch it, listen to it... wtf???? Why would I lie about MY clothes not being washed?? What would I gain??? Let's just say if you can't/don't want to maintain your machines then close. Don't have people wasting their money when you KNOW some of the machines don't fully work!!!
