Maintenance team hands down have been outstanding since we moved in here a few months. The management / staff are terrible with misinformation and not addressing our lease concerns.
They keep playing basketball every Friday and Sunday with random people but I don’t ever see him actually working during business hours. Didn’t know that’s part of this shift

They list themselves as a luxury comex but aren't close. There was some remodeling done which looks good but you find out how cheap everything is upon use. Whatever rent they quote you, assume another $200 a month in fees. This will include the internet that they don't provide. You will have to create an account with Spectrum who will charge you a rental fee for their equipment. The complex assumes no responsibility for the service provided, they only collect their fee. The fee which is currently $30 a month more than what Spectrum charges. When I moved in my unit hadn't been wired for the internet. That didn't matter. They still charged me the same with no compensation for the time that I had to take off of work to have Spectrum come out. They have recently put in new mailboxes because the original ones were being broken in to. There is a security door that is only unlocked when there is someone in the office. If your schedule doesn't match theirs you're on your own. The same type of door was also installed on the package room. Same issue here. They do very little to keep the complex clean. There has been broken glass in the parking lot near the office for a couple of months. At first it was swept into a pile by the curb but now it's spread over a couple of parking spaces. If someone drops trash on the lawn the gardeners just run over it week after week until it breaks down into the dirt. I haven't had good luck with the maintenance team. They either say that's is supposed to be that way or they'll have to come back. On the plus side, I'm learning how to fix a lot of things by watching YouTube videos.

Not worth the price. Management is slow to respond to request and quite unorganized. Mailboxs are being broken into, cars have been vandalized, and there is no sense of security. Heck, the community has even tried to organize itself to force change, but cnot much has happened.

The whole office team changed since last December and the only staff who doesn’t change is one who hosts a basketball game in the community every Friday and Sunday night. The noise interrupted the community and when you report problems the person will just reply “ no one else complained “. The wall between houses and houses is very thin so you may hear noise from the other apartment. The maintenance staffs are very friendly and responsive. The safety around the apartment is worrisome because of the homeless problem. One staff in the office just kept playing the phone when I asked some help this week and gave me the wrong item. The apartment can be better if the office team solves problems more promptly and with better attitude instead of ignoring ~

The management is horrible and they are super sketchy and untrustworthy in so many ways. Every interaction with pretty much everyone I've dealt with there for the past year feels as if you cannot trust them. The only nice and decent person is the maintenance guy. My rent is 2599 for a one bedroom and if you look online on their website at units exactly like mine they are currently listed for 2399, yet the updated lease that they presented me with was for 2780 to lease for another year or go to a month to month at a whopping 2980 a month. I have perfect credit and have never missed or been late on a payment. In addition, they charge 25 for "concierge garage" that you cannot opt out of so basically everyone's yucky garage sits in front of their apt unit for days until they come and pick it up. They are now also making everyone pay 80 a month for wifi when you can buy it yourself for way cheaper. And of course on top of that I pay about 70 a month for "utilities" but that doesn't include my own gas and electricity that I have to pay for separately. Be aware that everyone you talk to in the leasing office tells you something different and no one working there currently seems to know what they are talking about. They are so unorganized that even after I put in my 30 day notice (like a whole week after) they again put an updated lease option on my door that was for an even higher rent amount , 2832, which was higher than what they had offered a few weeks before that, 2760, and like I said is the same sized apartment online that is renting for 2399. Not sure what is going on with this place but I'm out soon. The package room where you are supposed to receive packages is a complete joke. I've had four packages stolen out of there in the year I've lived there. Packages that get directly delivered to my door are the only ones I seem to receive (I do live upstairs). Additionally, the area is sketchy and not walkable and very urban so unhoused individuals commonly walk through the complex and knock on doors, go into the pool area and the garbage area. The actual apartments are just OK, they are clean but nothing special at all. When I moved in to my unit it was partially damaged (the top coat of the fake hardwood floor was worn off in a bunch of places) and they refused to give me a different unit or fix what was damaged. Also, the appliances, doors, handles, towel bars, are all very cheap and falling off. I would say you have better options but if you like this complex and need a place to live, I would strongly suggest negotiating hard, getting the lowest rent possible and planning to only be there a year and definitely bringing your own move in checklist to note any damage upon move in. Be as ruthless as possible with these individuals because I guarantee you, they will be with you.

Very poor experience so far with the Leasing Team. Applied 11/28, was told I would get an update within 24 hours. Did not hear back from anyone for a few days so I reached out 11/30. They said I would get my approval notice by EOB but that did not happen. I reached out again on 12/4 and they said their Manager is out and I should have a response soon. My lease is ending very soon and I was promised a timely application review process.UPDATE 1/3/2023: Reminded the office 4 times about the issues experiencing with my unit which is broken shutters, name not registered with the delivery locker program, and screen door not locking. I am not aware of when my packages arrive because I am not getting notified. I don't know how many times I need to remind them but nothing is being addressed.Oh not to mention the Manager tried to pull a fast one on me when signing the lease. My lease started on 12/16, and she said I needed to pall FULL Months rent, and prorated amount is due the second month? When I explained to her that's illegal, she said this was standard across the industry and she never seen prorated rents being paid the first month. Management joke for sure

The landing is a great collection of all apartments in a very highly sought after location. Traffic circle is what the area is refered to as. Due to the huge traffic circle road that makes a full 360 degree turn nar connects PCH, Lakewood Blvd, Los coyotes diagonal, roads all to the same circle the area is one of the latest trendy areas that is undergoing a renovation of sorts by replacing non performing businesses with that of high perform, there is an amazing LA fitness gym, and office towers here too,

THIS PLACE SUUUUUUUUCKS BAAAD. Transients come on to the property, laying in stalls, using the grills, stealing packages, breaking into the mailboxes, sleeping in the car stalls, a transient seen pleasuring himself in our community jacuzzi. Ask them about that? Oh, and so you know, this place caters to the local college students, so you’ll hear all of the late night chatting and loud talking that they do. I’m hearing that as I write this review. There’s a student above me that scoots her chair across the floor, making all sorts of bumping noises as I am trying to get enough sleep before having to work tomorrow. The owners have been notified by their own staff about the criminal activity on several occasions as well as all of the other issues that have arose but no response AT ALL EVER and NO SOLUTION either! We’ve suggested they get security for a few hours at night NOTHING DONE! They could careless about our safety. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE $$$$$$. It’s a shame that they don’t care.So if you like all of the things that I’ve mentioned in this review come on down and fill out your application and join us here at this TRASH DUMP..

I recently moved into a unit here and I love it! The apartments are recently renovated and gorgeous. My unit gets so much sunlight and has a pretty view. I feel like I'm in a brand new building. Also, the community is very calm and peaceful, I genuinely like walking around the complex. LA fitness is so close as well as starbucks and a whole shopping area so it's really convenienly located. Love it!
