Poor service ? things not clean ? and when they put things on hold for pick up they sale again after the person bought it... Can card card company to reverse fund when you don't get item you paid for.

Look out for weird men meeting inside and stalking women to their cars!!! I had a man follow me into the store wait until I was in line to walk out before me then stare me down at the lot. He then proceeded to follow me out of the lot ! If you are a girl stay safe. The man went in alone and met with a group of men inside the store and stalked me! Nothing against the business but I will not be returning!

Make sure your items have a price on them, they will NOT sell it to you, they won’t process it for you, and they’re NOT nice about it…No exceptions. Cool business model.

Used to be my favorite go-to thrift store but they've hiked their prices so much in the last few months that it's now more expensive than the Goodwill. They also got rid of the daily discounts on various colored tags, and they don't do punch cards anymore. It just isn't worth it anymore.

Good variety of clothes, not many shoes, lots of decorations and dish ware. Prices vary. No fitting rooms.

Kind of my fault because i should’ve done some more research but i “splurged” $50 for a watch that i saw in the display and fell in love with. I came home super excited and looked it up just to find that the RESELLER price for the exact EXACT same watch is over $20 cheaper. how unfairly priced since these things are literally donated. i understand it’s a charitable organization but I am kinda shopping at a thrift store and not department stores for a reason lol. the only reason for the 2 stars is because this thrift is comparatively neat and organized. Also because this situation was slightly my fault; i should’ve looked it up online first but really didn’t think the ACTUAL thrift store would out price resellers online. r i d i c u l o u s.

I used to love this thrift store and always recommended it to people. Recently I’ve noticed big changes there and do not like going anymore. First off, they stopped allowing their stamp cards but didn’t at least honor the cards for those people who already had them so that got me upset because I was only one stamp away from getting my $10 off. They should honor them to their loyal customers who already had one prior to them canceling the cards. And secondly they have raised their prices so much. They used to be affordable and have a wide selection of kids clothes and toys. Yesterday I went and their kids section has shrunk in size tremendously! I couldn’t believe how little of clothing and toys they had. I was very disappointed and will stick to going to “affordable treasures” thrift store. Their prices are unbeatable and customer service is way better. AM vets thrift has rude workers. They never greet you and always look so unhappy as they ring you up.

It used to be one of the best thrift stores in the area. Now it seems that, over the course of a few weeks, it has become one of the worst and most expensive. I used to come here almost weekly, lately I’m not inclined to go at all.
This place used to be a tremendous store for lower class families, but they unfortunately seemed to have priced them out. Whoever decided on these changes should be removed from their position.

What is going on! Amivet on South Street in Long beach, the Prices are sky high, an item is triple the price. What was $1.95 is now $3.95. NO LONGER any $,95 items. No longer the loyalty program , seniors now get a 10% discount rather than 20%. Only 1(one) color give you 50% off and there only about 10 items to choose from. Why are they asking for change donations when ALL the items were donated in the first place? Its cheaper at the $ dollar store.

I used to buy clothing here for my grandchildren but the prices are to high now.
I also enjoyed buying used movies but the prices have doubled.
Won't be buying here anymore.

efficient service, decent prices. bought my prom dress here awhile ago & received tons of compliments. Just purchased my leather jacket here for an upcoming concert. Would definitely go here again.
