When it comes to selling clothes this place is disappointing. I brought in 3 bags of clothes and I knew they were not going to take everything but the guy that looked through it looked mad and disappointed at my clothes. He said he couldn't take anything. I took in office clothes and blouses and a jean jacket and he didn't want anything. I felt disappointed but I guess I just won't sell anymore.

The store is enough. But the products are more expensive than in the original stores.

Pretentious and condescending staff. Small selection, poor value for low quality used clothing. Not sure how they stay in business.

Customer service is terrible. I went in with my girlfriend to look for vintage clothing and was rudely approached by a woman who worked at tattered. They claimed to have a problem with how I was dressed (hoodie and pants, because of the rain today) and did so in a graceless manner. Not to mention that their selection wasn't all that good, but I digress. As a business owner myself, I know that it is difficult to keep all customers satisfied. But, when your workers are as poorly trained as tattered, it really hurts the business. I wish I could've had a better experience, but that is not the case. DO BETTER!

I just wanted to say, yesterday was my first day I ever went into this store and the service there is amazing, they are super sweet and nice, the selection of items is endless many options to find, I will definitely visit more often
