I had a terrible experience at the self-checkout today. One of the employees (Dana with short curly hair) was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason. Instead of offering help, they acted like I was bothering them just for needing assistance. The way they spoke to me was unprofessional and completely unnecessary—rolling their eyes, snapping responses, and clearly not wanting to be there. I usually enjoy shopping at Target, but this kind of behavior from staff is unacceptable. Do better with your customer service.

Today I had another bad experience with ms carol at self check her customer service is horrible this is the second time I had an issue .Someone really needs to have a conversation with her I’m starting not to like this target all because of ms carol.

Why have self check out lines if they’re always going to be closed? I prefer to shop at target then Walmart but the not being able to do self check out line is extremely frustrating.

I went a little while ago and it bothered me. The bad treatment of the girl who opens one's eyes to take out makeup and creams. I think she's having a bad day and I take it out on myself. I just wanted a couple of creams. I bought them. I don't like taking up anyone's time alone. because if the cashier was friendly, that is, thank you

We visit this store today 8:30 pm ,my wife want to buy face cream those are lock we ask for assistance the crew to open the box she say somebody come ,we wait more then 10 minutes and not body help to us ,why you keep that product with key and don’t help costumer
