Pick up order takes forever, I get people are working in the room but acknowledge customers that it’ll take a minute.

Horrible customer service. Came for a Nintendo switch 2 and was told they would grab one for me and bring it to the front to check me out. I waited in line and by the time I got to the front they said they already sold it to someone else and had nothing to sell me. Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to get told to screw off after being told they had a switch 2 for me. Will never step foot in this target again I am unbelievably disappointed with the customer service.

This is where you go when you have to. Definitely the worst Target I have ever been to but it's convenient to the neighborhood since CVS closed. Why they continue to take up 10 'pick-up' only spaces is maddening. Covid is over! Parking is limited here. Do the right thing, Target, and give up 8 spots. You're designated 10 is just greedy and wasteful.

This store is extremely clean and organized. Great customer service from associate Natalie. Making a second attempt and found tune right size slipper. Hahaha Thank you and she deserves a raise.

Terrible service
Employees on their phone
Waited 15 minutes just to get inside the bathroom and never made it because the employees wouldn't open the door
Starbucks was great but ordered a strawberry acai refresher and got a pink drink
Didn't sell joyride

Security guards don't do their jobs. Almost hate going to this Target now because of the harassment from strangers trying to sell stuff or ask for money outside the store. Also witnessed a guy steal a case of beer while the security guard was had his back turned so he could flirt with the Starbucks employee.

I made another account to bum rush this bum headquarters. Terrible store, it’s dirty, unorganized, just a microcosm of target itself. Bum stores for bums. It’s like if the movie Space Chimps (2008) or Mars Needs Moms became a department store. Just deeply unsettling and frustrating to no end.

So a lot of nice stuff here, an occasional opened snack box, but restroom that works is closed? Very odd.
Ghetto target? I'll leave that up to everyone else.

THIS TARGET IS A NIGHTMARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I’m currently here for an order pick up and have to stand in a 20 people single line because there is only one person at the register, nobody at customer svc. My first time here.
I drove out of my way because this was the only store that had what i needed :(
whatever i needed was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!! Poor team members were trying their best. WTH is up w the management ??

Small, people asking for money right by the door, homeless people inside walking around, bathrooms have to be unlocked by employees, more like an overpriced dollar general then a Target.

Nice mini-Target right across the street from the VA and Cal State Long Beach. As expected, they do carry a smaller selection of everything.
They keep the bathrooms locked. That’s understandable given the behavior I’ve witnessed in the business stops nearby.
But why is the self checkout completely cordoned off here? And why is there only one checkout line staffed on a Wednesday early afternoon? PATHETIC!

Target is my go to place when I need to get a few things fast. I know the stores layout and it's easy to get in and out quickly.
